Don't use Pam...It will freeze up in colder temps. Before the snow I found there was a residue buildup and had it cleaned up with Mineral Spirits. I couldn't believe the difference it made no clogging and threw the snow further.

When going into higher amounts of snow, try taking half a bite instead of putting the entire scoop into the mound. That has worked well for me.

Another great video. I saw a guy put ceramic coating inside his auger housing and chute. He claims you only need to do once. I wonder why manufacturers don't add that even as an upgraded option.

Thanks :) I would say that the ceramic coating at the factory standards would not be cost effective. I wonder how much it would cost to do that job? Good idea!

Yep, I agree. I have even used spray “Pam” that you spray on your cooking pans. What ever gets the job done! Thank you for watching and commenting. Please give this video a thumbs up to help my channel. It would be greatly appreciated.

In heavy and/or wet snow take half bites and do not ravel faster than the machine can kick the snow out of the chute. You may even have to go 1' and stop forward travel now and then in extreme conditions. So, basically you do not want to overload the front of the machine if possible.

So what’s the silicone spray called?
@JohnsonsSmallEngines
Жыл бұрын
It’s just called silicone spray. There may be many manufacturers that are making it but it’s just silicone spray.
