Getting cold

🧊 improves cognitive function
🧊 boosts mood
🧊 builds resilience
On this day, I spent 30 min at 24 degrees 🥶 And, yes, it was worth it! 😃
H O W ???
1️⃣ Set your intention. Decide what you’re going to do and for how long.
2️⃣ Prepare. Build your cold callous gradually. Shift your mindset by remembering that you’ll be cold (obvi), and you’ll be okay. Have a jacket or sweatpants handy, just in case.
3️⃣ Reflection. What was the experience like? After trying it a few times, what changes did you notice?
