Join me for this video into the world of sensory sensitivity, where the choice of solitude becomes a sanctuary for preserving energy and avoiding overstimulation. Is seclusion a conscious choice or a necessary refuge? Some people find it strange, others (like introverts, people on the neurodivergent spectrum and highly sensitives) will probably get this. I personally am embracing solitude in the pursuit of creativity and self-discovery. Let me take you a little bit into my mind and show you what I experience when I seek soltitude.
So happy to be back and hear about your experiences in the comments! Lots of love to you my dears. ❤️🌙 🍁 🍄✨
Lots of love
Jasmin
