Been considering the G6 and G3 for a while now, and your point about shipping was massive for me because I live in an apartment. Thanks so much!

Man I know what exactly you are talking about. I got the g6 and it's freaking comes in a heavy coffin and another box for the weight stack. It seriously took me almost 2 hours to unpack. I live in a condo development but it's more like apartments. Luckily I have my gym in my detached garage where freight was able to drop it off in my garage with a pallet jack. Even then the driver said he had a hard time driving through my complex because of the sharp short turns. It was a full on big rig he delivered in. I cannot imagine the pain you went through lugging this to your apartment.

Omg! Your neighbors must have been watching like 😳 Glad you got your setup! Maybe one day we will both have a G20

I understand your pain LOL. One thing I forgot to mention- you need to tell the freight company to deliver the equipment in a straight truck. It’s just a smaller truck and that makes it much easier on them.

Thanks for the video mate. What are your thoughts about the pulleys quality? Do they move smooth? Are there differences beteween the G3 pulleys and G6 or F100?

The pulleys are smooth, especially after we sprayed a little WD40 on a rag and wiped down the tubes. With that said, you will feel a difference. The G6 and other weight stacks have 2 guide rods while the G3 has a square tube where the plates are loaded. I’m still satisfied with my decision, but there are some caveats that I’ll explain in detail when the full review is published.

Stevie, I am looking at getting this, by the way, this is the BEST review I have seen about this set. Anywho, I see you live in an apartment so you will be moving at some point in the future, how do you feel the moving the machine will be like when you move. I am concerned of how to plan this logistically.

Thanks for the watching the video. Moving the G3 should be relatively easy since you won’t have to fully disassemble when transporting. I had disassembled the previous model G6 when I gave it to a friend and it was easy as well- mind you the G6 has a weight stack and extra steps to disassemble. Outside of the cable pulleys, wheels and crossbars, the G3 will remain intact and I’m confident won’t be an issue based on the larger G6. If you do decide to purchase, please use my link- www.forceusa.com/stevie Keep me updated on what you get and how it’s working for you.

Thanks for the video, its very helpful. Im considering buy one of the Force Usa models but i have a small space avalaible. In your opinion, whats the minimum essential space necesary to use the g3 comfortably? Specifically long...

If you mean depth like from the wall out, I’d definitely recommend having at least 10-12” space from the back. This way, you can store plates and access them. For width, I would say the same requirements on each side. You’ll be able to walk around to the back as well as load plates. Obviously, the more space all around the unit is best to move comfortably. Hope this helps. Please remember to use the code STEVIE5 at checkout if you purchase. Thanks.

What are the pros and cons of free weights versus machine weights? I was showing a buddy of mine videos of the G20 and he wasn't into and said he preferred free weights and the G20 is just a bunch of machines. I know that's just a preference of his, but I was curious about the differences.

Most all in one trainer still have power racks and smith machines to go with the cable pulley weight stacks. You can use the power rack for all the free weight movements and smith machine to add some safety. I currently own the G3, which has power rack, smith machine and cables. The cables are plate loaded and has a slightly different feel than the stacks. The difference really comes down to, in my opinion, budget and space. There are many options for everyone’s preference. The most important thing is to train safely and efficiently.
