I respect you but Dr. Schulze has the highest rate of survivability patients that were dying of major diseases for 40 years. And his 30 day program he uses olive oil. Maybe it’s not good to use every day, but if you want to cleanse and detox the body it’s helpful.

here food for thought for the true food autists among who ever reads this: olive oil may on the surface just seem like some crappy macronutrient dense extract (water and fiber removed) from the olive fruit...which it technically is...- however there in fact is "high tier" dietary (both health as well as culinary focused) applications for it that (at least in my mind) rather make sense (even tho i dont do so myself yet): olives and their oil r high in omega 9 - a comparatively rare fat in the context of a diet that bases their overt fats mainly on nuts/seeds (which tend to have more of the "more" essential omega 3s and 6s) - omega 9 intake recommendation (even tho its not essential) is rather high to improve the elasticity of blood vessels and decrease heart attack risk n such (yea i know the fact that it is an oil "technically" counteracts this by overburdening the arteries too quickly - like an insulin spike...but with fat...if u drank olive oil straight - but hear me out) so by consuming olive oil (in contract to consuming most raw vegan fat sources except maybe like almonds and avocados) olive oil makes it possible to skew the fat profile more into a ratio where monounsatfat is the dominant fat in one's diet (which in fact is somewhat tricky to achieve on a diet that has 20-25% (lower rda bound/evolutionary amount of fat (pre)humans ate the last 1.000.000 years on average)) fat w/o overdosing (aka >20g omega 6 or 20g satfat)) - u can do the math urself and try reach 25% total fat w/o big amounts of almonds/avos/macadamia/hazelnuts (while maintaining ur essential omega 3s and 6s adequate (~5g/~15g respectively)) and its just clunky micromanagement heavy soooo to the point why all this even makes any sort of sense: of course u dont want to eat tons of oils as main means of calories (except maybe u have crazy candida lul) but if u for example infuse olive oil with TONS of different dried wild herbs (for half a year or so) and just use 1 teaspoon in ur daily salad of this infused oil (u can have many different ones of these!! with different herbs) ull have: -a food item that improves ur fat ratio (in most contexts...unless u r fruit freak and just do avocado or something 😆) -another way to get in different aromatic (culinarily speaking) and phytonutrients (health-relatedly speaking) that u may otherwise usually wouldnt (for example who uses yarrow or lemon balm...its just inefficient to take so many different capsules...so just have an oil infused with them!) -a food item that improves mouth feel (oily greasy things make the surface of dishes smoother tasting) -this little teaspoon of oil COVERING UR ENTIRE HUGE SALAD has literally no chance of overspiking blood fat too abruptly, if u think so please dig deep hole and hide in it after u covered urself kthxbye -negative: may be harder to wash the bowls afterwards compared to just using nuts 🤪 -bonus (might be negative for very introverted ppl idk): u can have different fancy oils and brag about them 😆 -make a great gift/souvenir doesnt that sound like best snake oil salesmen sales pitch ever? 😂

I hate that cooking "shows" and restaurants demonstrated horrific pouring of oils into the pans and foods. This was such a detrimental way of eating. Our bodies do NOT require oil. I am having to read ALL ingredients to prevent putting any oils into my digestive system. I also refuse to put oil on my skin. Ewww.
