I love to start the day with quinoa, quinoa is high on protein and makes me feel full for a long time. Quinoa is also rich in fiber, minerals, antioxidants and have all nine of they essential amino acids.
INGREDIENTS:
2 DL of Quinoa
4 DL Water
1 Cane of coconut cream
A lot of Cinnamon
Vanilla powder
A bit of Cardamom
Salt
Topping:
Butter, normal or vegan
Fruit
Berrys
1: Cook the Quinoa with water, until all of the water is gone.
2: Put Coconut cream and all of the spices in
3: Cook it until it becomes creamy
4: Serve with toppings, butter and maybe some more plantmilk if its to dry.
