Elisa you are right, again !!! Since I've started eating properly, my 3 meals with snacks in between and including all the macros and nutrients (without rules), my sweet tooth's been "normal" again, not the crazy 24x7 sweet addiction !!!!! Thanks for everything you do. Big huge ❤️

i would need more information about any specific situation but often a depressed person doesnt eat enough or regularly enough (lack of self care because of depression) and this can lead to the binges later. depression could also shut down someones hunger temporarily and when it returns they binge because they were not eating enough. but then they may see it as “bad” and try to restrict or compensate, and this way the vicious cycle starts.
