I don't think this guy is an inspiration to quit your job. He already had a established business. It's not the case for most of us. He knows even if he quit his job he can make enough earning through his established business. We all want to do what we like, but just make sure you won't regret it later.

See...he is not asking to quit Our respective jobs. He is indirectly giving a msg to follow instincts and listen to that inner voice and take risks. Now that can be different for different people. For salaried class like ours...we can just find some time for our little talents and enjoy! 🙂 We need not quit and be like him. We are our own kind....fresh, classy and with a totally different flavour .

I have visited this in Karnataka As i live in Tamilnadu ,can say their idli are soft ,they dont serve sambar, that was disappointing but their chutney balances it well. To all those thinking ,Should i also leave my job like this,Let me tell you one thing ,you should consider some things, He has earned a lot 5 years in Goldmann Sachs, which most of you might probably take tens and twenties of years to earn, His business was well established and was popular , He is probably gonna open franchises But if you are getting influenced by him ,One thing you should also have is a proper PLAN,not like I am not liking this job so leave it.

Well I am in a dilemma of leaving my job (govt job) which I absolutely hate ,but society and my peers demotivate me to leave it everytime I discuss the idea. Govt job is like a goddess in disguise for Indian people but many are unaware of the stagnant monotonous and no growth side of this sector. I am a singer, and probably soon will drop out and pursue my full-time dream .Thanks brut . Your contents brings so much hope ,positivity and courage.

My friend left his government Job after 8 years and working in a private company. He quit in second wave imagine how pissed of he must have been. People still says he did stupidity and now he himself believe private jobs sucks more and he was better off at previous govt job :) Only thing matters is what you like doing on daily basis for longer periods in likable environment which also gives time you to recuperate :)

Private sector sucks for employees and only benefits employers. Also it is full of volatility and employer can fire you anytime. If you are financially well off, then only quit Government job. You will regret it later on if you are not financially stable. If you feel monotonous, take a break of 1 month and get re energized.

Honestly there are a lot of people are leaving their good jobs for their passion especially Indians which I do respect and love but maybe we should also realize why they do not follow their passion in the first place cause of societal pressure and parent's mindset that it is better to work at a corporate office safely get a job get married and have kids and live a safe life. They really don't want you to do stuff for yourself but instead for you to impress your relatives. Just hope yall get my point cause I could not put it in great words .

Totally fine to be in business of your family or starting something new. Many youngsters are at this cross road . Because corporate job was sold as Karan johars movies. Many thought, just wearing suits and gelled hair is all you need. And in india, average salary would be 15,000 to 20,0000 average after working 24/7, for 3 or 5 years. So, there goes the glamour part.
