In this video I talk about Powerlifting and Strength training! As well as show you some of the workout movements that I do in my training sessions. I have been doing powerlifting for the last few months and I have seen significant and fast-paced results lifting heavy weight. I feel the best and strongest that I have ever been, and it's so rewarding!
If you have been thinking about going to the gym, or trying to figure out a way to change how you workout I encourage you to implement heavier weight, change up the way you work out, and figure out what works for you! But the biggest advice that I can give you is to START NOW, don't wait.. go to the gym and get started. And if you don't know how or don't know where to start don't be afraid to ask someone, because I promise you they're a people that can help you get to where you want to.
