Definitely interesting to see you break this down. Are you training towards the OAC at all? Or have you been able to do so in the past? I wonder if there is enough carryover here to achieve that as well. It also might be nice to see a training update from you, how did the goals you set from 2022 play out and what has your approach to training in general been? Keep it up!

Not working on OAC at all but I'm not too far off. I can lock off both middle and top of the movement and have been able to do that for a while. I'll have some videos talking about new training plans I'm testing very soon!

Very interesting, weight cetainly effects pullups massively. Regarding pure bodybuilding I'm sure you would've made fine gains by spamming pullups regardless of the slow pogress, but for your goals the free gains concept is very interesting!
