The blocks that you are showing are horizontal locking, but, they are not vertically interlocking. Therefore, in the event of an earthquake, what brings them back to their original starting position? Yes, the house or building will be constructed quicker, as they are a "slide together" building product, but you still need to ensure that each course is level both horizontal and vertical. In the western world, they would be known as tongue and groove blocks. It is interesting to note that you pack your uni-pave paving in packs. Now... the big question: Have you "brick barrows" for moving the paving around on site??? Where you can take one strap at a time, wheel it to where it needs to be laid, cut the strap and start laying!!! In Australia, Midland Bricks, Metro Bricks, both of Perth; Selkirk Bricks from Ballarat all used the brick barrows.
