Please avoid background music which is disturbing while listening to the conversation. Background music is not necessary
If all converted to real estate and property value is bloated to unprecedented hyper value, where is the food coming from? Please stop this future investment thing. It is like digging your grave.

Whitefield getting metro and Mysore Road seeing boom was very weird, i remember sudden increase in enquiries from people staying in east part of Bengaluru, and yes Mysore Road is aesthetically so much more better than east Bengaluru and Mysore Road is significantly well planned compared to east Bengaluru which sees so much trouble around rainy seasons

Good information. Some feedback dear A podcast should never have background music. It clearly diverts you from topics. Tell some background of guest as well before u jump in question and greetings. Like in this it was only name (Sandeep - WHO he is) but what profession guest belongs create more impact on user knowledge and trust building.

Beneficial information, I liked it. Usually, I watch podcasts on 1.5X and 2X but the information was so beneficial that I was listing all the points very carefully. Also, add some animation so viewers' attention and visualization will increase.
