We have a ton of birds on our property, and my biggest concern is that they will eat some, and I know they will. So is this seed safe for them? We garden for wildlife, so we are careful not to do anything to hurt them.

Cool. This year, I'm spreading radish seed everywhere I see abandoned lots and along untended roadsides in my town. Supposedly, they flower and spread pretty heavily.

Thank you for this! I couldn't find an explanation of what the coating was about anywhere and that was exactly my question - is it safe for bees? Hooray, it is!

i heard that bees can't see the color red but i seen videos and pictures of bees on crimson clover. is it because crimson is not technically red?

Well done man!!!! The brightly colored seed is the stuff coated with neonics or systemics that kill bees!!!!

BeeFriendlyApiary Yes! the bright colored coatings are systemics...but, you will not find clover seed coated with it!
