In the Fall of 2000, my 5yr old daughter got the shingles after her school forced her to get the chicken pox vaccine. I explained to the school that she had the chicken pox when she was 2 and didn't need the vaccine. They didn't care and wouldn't allow her to continue school until she was vaccinated. She got the shingles a week after being vaccinated. I never heard my child scream so loudly for so long due to the excruciating pain. I felt so helpless! I took her to the doctors and they were shocked to see she had the shingles at such a young age. Clueless doctors!! Pharma corruption? I think so!!

@@bluelava4282 Yes, shingles is an outbreak from an earlier case of chickenpox. Chickenpox is caused by the virus varicella. After chickenpox which mostly people had as children, the virus lays dormant in the nervous system and later in life can become reactivated as the painful outbreak known as "shingles", the medical term is herpes zoster. Interestingly, I had chickenpox for the first time at age 53 and my PCP at that time said, "well at least now you have immunity". I'm not sure if he meant I'd have a longer period of immunity against shingles or what. He has now since retired so I cannot ask him and my new PCP (30 years old) told me I should have the shingles vaccine but so far I have not agreed to this. The side effects and reported efficacy are concerning.

I’ve had shingles 6 times in my life, so I know it wasn’t a rash. Light cases aren’t particularly painful. They are very similar to a rash. They usually go from an itching stage to a sore stage. Sometimes the skin gets real sore and the shingles don’t even break out on the skin where it’s real sore. I’ve been real lucky and only have had light cases of this stuff. I’ve gotten my second shingles shot now and hopefully I’m good. The shots made me a lot sicker than the COVID shot did. COVID shots were a breeze. Shingles shot put me down. But I don’t want to keep getting that stuff because shingles can get real nasty!

As someone who has had shingles multiple times, my advice is this: If you think, but aren't sure, that you have Shingles...get to a doctor, urgent care, etc. immediately! Waiting will only severely increase your pain. Pick your meds up right after diagnosis and get them started right away!

Very good advice. My auntie had shingles very late in life. She had some pain and lumpiness on the left side of her face. I was driving her back from a blood test at the blood test clinic. I suggested we stop by her doctor's surgery so we did. She saw a nurse then her (excellent) doctor and the diagnosis was shingles. She got meds to take immediately, which stopped the spread but she still had a kind of scarring around her eye, even something on the eyelid of her better seeing eye, which was highly aggravating.

I eat a lot of organic foods, exercise often and take a myriad of great supplements. All that being said, there is no substitute for adequate sleep to keep our immune system strong. In April of this year, I came down with the worst case of shingles I can imagine. After two weeks of almost no sleep from the constant agony, suicide was definitely flowing through my mind. There is nothing worse than shingles. I went to the doctor and they put me on some sleeping medication along with pain medication and I slept for about 20 hours. I am now taking about 100 mg of trazodone each night in order to get sleep, as much as I hate prescription medication‘s, I never wanna go through shingles again.

At that time, I didn't know about you, so I went to my GP. She prescribed some medication, and my shingles disappeared. I overcame it very well and didn't have any permanent side effects from it. Here in Australia on TV, "shingles fear" is pushed into our faces every day, "get shingles vaccine so you don't get shingles." I've been doing intermittent fasting and keto and feel very good. But I diligently try to keep toxins to a minimum in areas I can control such as cleaning products, hygiene products, water and food. And eat organic, low carb, non processed, from a plant, not made in a plant food. That is WHY I was shocked when I realized I had a shingles outbreak.

Interestingly, in Japan Shingles considered to be caused by stress (from overworking). Also I've heard that collagen deficiency makes you prone to herpes lesions (because skin becomes weak and it's easier for the body to dump toxins that way), so drinking good gelatinous bone broth (or other collagen supplements) can help with that.

As a 2 time Shingle-lee in my 40s, it's all about recognizing the symptom. If your 1st rash starts to "sunburn" a bit, get to the dr. in 12-24hrs - they take you first. I don't do many meds, but 7 days of prescribed Valtrex and rest suppressed it into nothing. My second shingle ended up the size of a silver dollar and gone in a week. Lifelong non-jabbee. The first one was uncomfortable because I didn't know what it was and it grew.

I can relate to what you went through. As a child I had German Measles and Chickenpox. I overcame both naturally my grandmother kept me inside our home with warm temperature and she had heavy curtains closed so there was no sunlight coming in. This makes German Measles and Chickenpox come out quicker, so recovery is quicker. As an adult I had shingles when I was going through a divorce. Obviously stress related. I went to my GP she prescribed some tablets and in a week my shingles disappeared. 13 years ago I got shingles when I met my boyfriend, who is my wonderful husband now. He had a very rood and manipulative 17 years old daughter, stress, stress, stress for us both. However stress affected me more, I got shingles again. This time I knew all about shingles, so I went to my GP, she prescribed ne some tablets and shingles, which went away in 1 week. She told me that if we catch shingles within 24 - 48 hours, we can STOP it very effectively. My GP said to me also, anyone who had German Measles or Chickenpox as a child is more likely to get shingles as an adult. Having even more knowledge from watching Dr. Berg, I'm doing intermittent fasting and keto and I'll ket my natural immunity system defend me. NO vaccines of any kind for me. I didn't take Covid-19 experiment, and don't plan to take any vaccines. Since that time, I never got shingles anymore.

VERY IMPORTANT MESSAGE: I had shingles on my elbow. I had Ivermectin that i had bought to treat my dogs in liquid form. I applied ivermectin directly to the rash. Within 20 minutes the rash began to shrink. After two applications the rash had been reduced by 1/3. In five days the rash was completely gone.. after the first application all of the pain and itching stopped. My doctor has prescribed Acyclovir which i took as directed for 7 days. Everyone i had talked to had shingles from 3 to 5 weeks or more. I was healed in 7 days. IVERMECTIN IS EFFECTIVE TOPICALLY APPLIED ON THE SHINGLES RASH!

Listen I realize it’s last resort stuff but I had poison ivy getting into my eye so it was kind of an emergency. I’ve taken it short term before with no ill affects, this just happened to be during an extremely emotional time in my life. Steroids are hundreds or thousands of time more potent for inflammation than anything over-the-counter or herbal. It can save lives if it’s an emergency. It’s just bad for you long-term. Traditional medicine is OK for serious cases, I’m one of these people that utilizes both traditional and natural remedies as I see necessary. Feel free to take herbs, I know steroids are not the most healthy thing. I’m not mistaken about that. Some people will only ever do natural stuff and that’s their decision.

Being near a cell tower is way worse than wifi I've learned by video's of workers that shield homes from the rads. They have meters to measure. Personally I have my router shielded in a emf bag that limits it's range to only like 10 feet, but blocks almost all the rads. 5G towers going up all around my neighborhood though and that is going to be very bad. They need to be spaced like a few thousand feet apart and will be in virtually every back yard.
