I had quite roundnet due to the fact that there’s no real structure in the sport, but seeing this video makes me happy to see that there is someone who is willing to talk about it.

There are people (like me!) volunteering many hours to build that structure... but I realized I should start talking about it to inspire more people to work on building solutions to get there faster + keep more players playing.

lot of real talk here, it's just unfortunate that so many things and ideas in this video could happen/be fixed with money. If the financial problem gets solved, so much else will follow

Money is one variable, but time, structure, and the total number of players in our sport are also really important pieces needed to grow the sport.

So I'll just say this from experience that although money will always help, it's more fuel to keep you going in a direction, not a solution in of itself. So without a clear direction for where the sport should go, money won't do much other than spin the tires if that makes sense.

I strongly agree. We need proper leaders with business and marketing experiences to channel all the roundnet energy… a vision and goal-setting would be a good start.
