Back on my recovery day where I am just aiming to run a minimum of 1 mile I also tell you about what motivated me to lose weight so quick the last time and why ultimately that may have been detrimental to pushing on to loosing more.
I am back and I am back to being fat and bad at running, although I was never not fat and never too great at running. However I am more than 2 stone above where I got to when I stopped posting weight loss videos and can not run for more than 3 mins at the moment! So I am going to do something about that in 2024 and to kick start this new journey I am taking part in #Ranuary which takes many forms but I am going to try the Run Everyday (R.E.D.) challenge.
