@gustialdi584

@@RaisedxFist Think before typing nonsense : First of all, their refusal is rooted in fear that Israel wanted to FORCE a PERMANENT EXPULSION of Palestinians into their countries and nullify Palestinian demands for statehood. Besides, forced permanent expulsion is against the international law and considered as a war crime; Egypt, Jordan, the other neighboring Mid-East and even countries outside of Mid-East like Rwanda, Chad and Congo didn't want to be a part of that. (Many of them also realized the possibilities Israel will grabbed the opportunity to sieze the occupied territories for the "Greater Israel" project. The concept of “Greater Israel” suggests an expanded territorial scope for the State of Israel, extending beyond its current borders. Advocates of this concept often argue for the inclusion of territories such as the West Bank, Gaza Strip, and even parts of neighboring countries like Egypt, Jordan and maybe Lebanon.) Secondly, let's just say both or even many other countries including those African nations that has been approached by Israel accepted the Palestinians, but can Israel guarantee under a rule of law for the Palestinians able to return home if "the war" is over? Many countries is not assured. Because they realized Israeli authorities have, pursuant to discriminatory laws, blocked those refugees and/or their descendants from returning to the Occupied Palestinian Territories. Meanwhile, Israeli law entitles Jewish citizens of other countries to settle in Israel or West Bank (ILLEGAL) settlements and become citizens. (Basically, they don't trust Israel politicians and their policies.) Third, the Palestinian themselves rejected the idea to seek refuge as they stated before during the recent summits. Based on their own experiences, many Palestinian refugees and/or their descendants from the 1948 and 1967 expulsions who fled to Jordan, Lebanon or other countries (diasporas) aren't able to return to their land to this day. Why? Because Israel is literally denying the Palestinians Right to Return. (www.hrw.org/news/2023/05/15/75-years-later-israel-blocking-palestinian-refugees-return) And the finally, lets just say Hamas have done whatever Israel accused them for using "human shield" etc., if the Israel government REALLY or TRULY cares about the innocent Palestinian men, women and children in Gaza, why they didn't give them shelters, even though in temporarily manner, inside Israel territories?

Red Chinese leader Mao-tse Tung was quoted as saying that power flows from the muzzle of a gun. The Taliban was aided by the US to get 14:34 the Russians out of Afghanistan. @mikoto7693

That irks me a bit. Calling the Gazans as Palestinians is very premature. Palestine has never existed as a sovereign state. It was once called “Mandatory Palestine” between 1917 and 1948 but it was British territory during that time. The British took it from the Turkish Ottoman Empire during WW1. And they were the internationally recognised owners of Mandatory Palestine-just another part of the British territory. The ancestors of both Israel and Gazan were living or moving into the region. They didn’t call themselves Palestinians back then. That didn’t really happen until the’60s. Funny how they named themselves from the era just before Israel was founded eh? When the Brits went home the Jews inherited their land legally and used it to found Israel. The Gazan ancestors refused and reacted violently to the creation of Israel so they got expelled. The peaceful ones were allowed to stay in Israel and their descendants still live there. So Britain gave the land meant to become Palestine-the Gaza Strip to the Egyptians to occupy. The Gazans have squatted there ever since.

Your violent reaction would of course have you expelled! The land was never Britain's to give. Let's not lose sight of an important point. The October 7th wasn't an act of resistance by an oppressed people, it was a calculated strike by Iranian proxies to prevent Israel from signing a peace treaty with Saudi Arabia which would have further isolated Iran. The "Palestinian Conflict" has never been about the Palestinian people. Muslim extremists want the current situation to continue indefinitely. The plight of refugees makes convenient propaganda for domestic consumption in Islamic states, provides an issue to gather pan-Islamic unity, and serves as a stick to beat Israel and the West over the head. Meanwhile the occupied territories provide Islamic terrorists a base of operations within the borders of Israel itself. Palestinian civilians are useful as camouflage and human shields: and so we see schools, mosques and hospitals deliberately used as bases to create politically desirable civilian causalities.

This is really quite ancient and basic, it was in Roman law: control your own crazies within your own borders. Sub tribes are not allowed their own independent foreign policy. The state has a monopoly on foreign policy. A band of crazies invading a Roman frontier and doing mayhem would engender a demand that they be surrendered by the sovereign for rightful justice. A refusal constituted an act of war. Roman polcy was that if you don't police them, you won't like it when we do it. After 9/11 the USA demanded that the Al Qaeda crazies be surrendered, Ect. Ect. Jordan, Lebannon and Egypt will not allow the PA/PLO or Hamas to have their own foreign policy (death to Isreal!!! Blah, blah!). In every case, the PLO/Hamas demanded the rather incredible "right" to their own foreign policy. I live in NYC and if i set up a training camp to pursue my own policy of vengemce against Afghanistan, I would be arrested and sent to prison. So it is in 99% of all functional sovereign states. The ones that don't, can't or worse still, WON'T because of cultish religious beliefs will reap the whirlwind. Roman statesmen would say Amen.

Feels like most people here don't understand why Palestinians are so pissed off and violent, but rage and armed resistance is basically their only recourse after having their homes stolen and their loved ones assassinated. Wherever they go, they will be duty-bound to strike at their colonizers. Military technological advances have rendered existing colonization projects extremely tenuous. Besides that, it's wrong to steal houses and murder people. We need to move on from reflexive hostility as a species if we want society to remain semi-civilized while dealing with the inevitable and fast-approaching environmental catastrophe. Signs point to a wholesale reversion to warlord tribalism in the not-too-distant future if we keep up our racist, patriarchal capitalist ways. If murdering children and closing borders to starving people is how we're going to continue on, what's the point of any of it? Think of other people first, treat them how you want to be treated, and we might emerge intact.
