Did you know that Canada is the second-largest country in the entire world? Well it is, in fact; Canada is larger than China, the United States, and Europe. However, despite Canada's massive geography, major economy, and significant power on the world stage... Its population is absolutely tiny (especially for a country spanning millions of square miles in area).
That's to say, while Canada is three times the size of India, its population is 97% smaller, it's only 1/8 the size of the United States, and less than just the city of Tokyo.
In this video, I look at why so few people live in Canada (hint: it's not just because it's cold there), but also why that's a real problem for this important nation sitting atop North America.
