Due to this in next year, india is gonna get permanent seat in UN , *our dreams coming true* But there's dark side of high population... High population ,less jobs ,political interfere makes brilliant candidate leave india and boost other countries rather than home country.

As an Indian, I have to say that a lot of this is wrong. India has seen a dramatic rise in per capita wealth and a lot of these practices have either died altogether or are on the verge of dying out. People are becoming more Americanised and the focus is on status and personal gain.

Some of it is overblown though, Indian parenting has cons and pros just like every other culture for example there is no individual freedom concept in Indian parents. From what courses you take to whom you wanna marry, parents want to dictate it for their kids. When kids do go rebel, some parents would do emotional blackmail that will make you feel like you are a bad child and feel unnecessarily guilty.

I would say yes Indian parenting was somehow very much successful until children become adult because after that it becomes toxic. See i don't like USA culture at all because I find people there way to selfish but here also it's very much like you are not an individual at all but a group of people and you have zero option to say anything in your life. If a child wants to have there own place specially a girl here they react like we are talking about becoming terrorist and they intensity of emotional blackmail was so high that you ended up giving up the idea. In India the idea of dependent children is so high they didn't realise that they are already very old and there children needs own personality otherwise they will not able to do anything in there life. I'm 28 and single child and i am unable to get separated from my family for single reason that who will take care of them. Getting separate and going no contact is two different things and preparing yourself for world there is nothing wrong in it at all.
