@@littlebitofhope1489 I had the same results as Brenda. It does get in the way slightly but I find that as an added bonus as it keeps me from tossing and turning and winding up on my back. When I sleep on my back I usually have a sore back in the morning. The pillow between the legs was a game changer for me.

Great advice, as always, gentlemen! I started sleeping with a pillow between my knees since my Nurse Aide training in 1975 when I learned how to use pillows in patient positioning, especially for those patients who weren't able to reposition themselves. Am now a retired RN and still sleep with a pillow (not the same one😁).

How about type of beds, when to replace a bed, different types of injuries post op when you like to sleep on your side, how about Midback pain post op when you had shoulder or knee surgery pain how should you sleep, and there are many different types of pillows for side and belly sleepers. I found McKenzie neck rolls made things worse along with other neck and Midback pain pillows. I finally when to sleep number and found one that is softer and better for me. No more neck and lot less Midback pain. Ofcourse post op shoulder tendonesis recovery is long and when you had three ortho surgeries in three years. So being fully recovered and moving again at full force is part of my decrease in pain too.
