HENCE AFTER HAVING MULTI GRAIN KANJI WITHOUT MILK, THEY PREFER TO TAKE EARLY LUNCH.AS THEY HAVE TO GO FOR INTERVIEWS OR SOME OTHER WORKS.HENCE SHE FINISHES HER WORK ACCORDINGLY. AT 11.30 AM, THEY HAVE EITHER A JUICE OR A BUTTERMILK.AND THEN THEY EAT SOME KINDA TIFFIN FOR LUNCH. Unlike others, Chitra never fails to mention that her Daily menu as well her routine changes everyday. BUT HER WALKING N YOGA DOESNT CHANGE AT ALL. According to me, Murali Sir n Nikhil are CHITRAS POWER BOOSTERS.They support, appreciate each others talents. NOTE:- I had answered according to my observation.

Getting up early was a regular daily routine in tambram families. It was mandatory for children also to get up at 3 am. and study till 5 am. All family members including children helping in household chores was also important for all round development. The diet plan of tambrams was planned such that eating heavy foods like rice is best before 12 noon. Early afternoon was tiffin time. Dinner was always by 7-7:30 pm. which was kept light. Usually it would be leftovers of morning lunch and afternoon tiffin. Also helps in getting up early. This was the secret of our activeness, weight management and good health. Every fortnight we had at least 2 fasting days and rarely feasting days.

I am 73 years old. I love waking up early from the day I am married. I wake up at 4 am. I still stitch dresses knit. Love cooking. During my younger days I have taken tuition, baby sitting, sold masala pdrs & pickles prepared at home by me. Did Tupperware, Amway, worked in AMC cook ware and achieved several sales. Still active & love cooking very much. Love to see your videos. All the best Chitra

So...from this video,we learnt what relaxation means and how much it can mean to us. We may not know the meaning of relaxation if we don't do any chores at all. We can enjoy the feel of Sat&Sun only when there's Mon to Fri. Working women know this best.

I am 66 still maintaining many things, at this age I want to keep up better energy, any tips ...you can suggest!! Do you watch Soap operas ( serials) or just listen to news;)) How young are you? Where do you get your energy from, I eat the same food ,what you cook. I continue taking my vitamins, also need my thyroid medication ..Is there any good meal for me to improve my thyroid. Take care.
