I appreciate the effort and content, but I think you don't need to vocalize your understanding when people are talking like you might in a regular conversation. It makes it a little harder to listen to.

So if Berkey says that not everybody can make it in poker, when he is selling his product, his course, since it is a business that wants to be profitable, is he marketing it in the same manner that it will not work for EVERYONE? Because if he is not then isn't it a bit fraudulent?

The opposite. If he guarantees everyone can make it in poker by using his coaching/products, then that would be a bit fraudulent and contradictory. He is saying not everyone will make it but if they want an edge they will do the work off the table.

Getting your mindset right by seeing or talking to a therapist is +EV all day!!! There's no simplistic ABC or 123 trick to poker. Letting go of all the baggage we have is the first step. Putting in volume and studying hand histories is key. If we put in the work and understand, poker is very complicated. We can become an accomplished poker player; kind of like getting a college degree in a certain field. Of course, this takes years, but it absolutely can be done without coaching, IMO. The mind is a powerful tool. I could write a book here, but I think you get the idea.
