It's hard to believe that 10k push-ups in a row was ever done. It's also hard to believe some has planked for 9 hours and 30 minutes...and that actually happened. The human body is capable of more than we realize. Nonetheless , 10k push-ups in a row is still hard to believe.

I am 14 and I started gaining weight and I had almost no muscle during summer and here's how I changed that and how Browney helped me. I was one day sitting in my room and saw someone do a what I thought was a perfect pushup. I thought I could do that and tried. I found out I had almost no muscle to the point where I couldn't do one pushup. So I got up and started googling how to work out. Eventually I found calisthenics and one of Browney's videos. After a bit I was hooked. I worked out every day except for Sundays and in a month I was looking better and I could finally do 10 pushups in a row without rests. In only a month Browney's videos have helped me not just look better but also feel better. ps. I was lucky that 2020 was when I started because everything is closed and I have another year that will allow me to get skinnier.

@@spyzz_yt8729 i am gonna agree with you. My life story is gonna soynd real surreal right here but(yeah ik this shit always has that but) i have once progressed from 1 to 100 push ups in a set in just about an hour or so and the same day when i was 5. Yes, it sound surreal.. and i have figured i was like superman or some shit. But i believe if hadnt stop training when i was 8 and had figured out about world record, i would have never quit talking (and yeah, i sound like a trash talker or even the keyboard warrior type but if you close to me you'd figured im genuine. Anyways i do fighting now. Anyways im just about to start my daily routune again after 7 years, im turning 15 now and i basically stopped training my standard way 7 years ago. So if you would to do my routine go ahead... 1k push ups, 1k sit ups, 1k squats, 8 hours of rest, proper diet, 25km running, might get addicted to exercising again so my 1k could prolly end up being 2k or perhaps even more, just a bit of meditation & study lots for my end of year examinations.
