Leaving behind Law, Momo, and Kinemon was harder then I expected. They were with us since Punk Hazard, and are basically considered Strawhats in my eyes! Even though I know we'll probably see these characters again. Sad Yamato couldn't come 😢. Can't believe Wano is really over, we've come so far 💯! Love the parallel between Whitebeard and Oden and Luffy and Momo. With Whitebeard seeing Oden as his younger brother and Luffy who also considers Momo as his younger brother 🔥.

Let's be honest. One piece is the most overrated anime. It only got famous because of these KZitemr "theorist". I remember them saying Wano would be the best arc but it turns out to be so disappointing. They probably worship the writer like their God because let's face it, there is no anime currently worth watching atm with the same caliber as the original DBZ, Yuyu hakusho, Rorouni kenshin, Inuyasha,, etc. One piece before time skip is great including the tv show, now the animation is just too dark, over coloured, boring and less frameset, and no context or humour at all. The writer also changes a lot of elements and plot which makes it more worse. The company is just milking money from baby millennial adults.

I like to think that Yamato's decision was a form of character development that is gonna be shown in a greater moment in the future. I think he stayed behind to protect wano, differently from Oden. Not protecting wano and leaving to fulfill his selfish dream was a flaw of his part, his failure, as he himself says even though he doesn't regret his decision. Yamato saw this and realized he has to do it differently (keep in mind that Yamato read Oden's journal), deviating from Oden's path and that's probably what he talked about with Luffy but cannot talk about with momo, for if that was the reason why Yamato wants to stay then Momo simply wouldn't let him. That one line from Luffy saying "I'll leave it to you now, Yamato" is a bridge open for that to be shown in the future. The way Yamato was built was almost a complete opposite from Vivi's, but although opposites, different sides of the same coin, so for the end to be the same for them would be a classic Oda move,. There's much more to it than "i just wanna do what Oden did" and it's something much more immediate than is Vivi's case. I think Yamato is gonna join very soon, it's not gonna take too long and he is gonna have a integral role along with momo/zunesha/pluton.

The way I read the Hiyori scene is more as if it was a play that changed how the story is told to make the current shogunate look more heroic and validated. Similar to how Kaido's crew told their story in a way that made them look more favorable. But in this case I don't think it's necesarilly Hiyori herself that wants to give that message, but the people of Wano themselves. I saw it as some sort of commentary on how history is often told with just blacks and whites so it's easier to digest.

The problem is that because it is shown with such beautiful art and dramatic flourish without any other contrasting commentary, it is not wrong to believe that Oda sees nothing wrong with that message. It directly contradicts Robin’s, Ace’s, and the Fishmen’s direct themes of their respective arcs. “Thank you for loving me” is a cry worthy moment bc Ace was told all his life that he was “born to burn” by society just because he happen to have Roger as his bio dad.

Honestly I don't even bother that much about Yamato, I am more confused about the holes in the story that we were left with. Same as you said, Zoro backstory/lineage plus the consequences of the drug and the Grim Reaper, both defeated Yonkos are just there resting in the middle of the island?, and what about their respective crews?, Kaido's lackluster flashback, and all that to end in a few chapters just for the sake of rushing the ending of OP. I mean.. i still believe that Oda won't finish it in the next 4 or 5 years, and for sure he might tired of all this and just wants to end and enjoy his life a bit. I get that, but I doubt that he would risk ruining his own success story just because he wanted to rest a bit and enjoy life. Sure! A lot of intrigue at the end of wano, with things unfinished. Another thing that could conclude differently is the education that seems to follow in Wano of the cycle of hatred, perhaps it is resolved in the final war when, by losing the government for example, some countries like Wano want to "burn" the celestial dragons. Perhaps a great speech will help some countries to realize that enough is enough, that it is not about continuing with the chain. Its logical and natural that not all the liberated people go to have the good mentality as soon as Luffy saves them. At least, its what I like to imagine and hope for in the future

Nami was equally brought up in a hateful and discriminatory environment, yet went on to reject it, adopting none of those personality traits. I have a feeling Yamato is a character that has been introduced as another 'flip side of a coin' that Oda loves to do. Just like Luffy is the light when Blackbeard is the darkness, Yamato is empathetic and loves the Samurai when his/her father opressed them. The plan for Yamato is definitely something to do with the final war: if Ace was the reason for the Paramount War, then it is likely Yamato (who wanted to set out to sea BECAUSE of Ace), will be a pivotal figure in that saga/arc.

The end chapter wasn't bad (although there were still some loose ends they didn't really wrap up like: Drake, Hawkins, Apoo, (assuming Marco flew back to Sphinx), the former Emperors & their crews, and etc.), [Also, looking at the chapter's flashbacks up to now that was shown of their journey together made me realize that a lot of Momonosuke's interactions with Luffy was generally mainly the two of them yelling at each other a lot], but not gonna lie I'm sad about Yamato not coming. If she wasn't gonna join, then what was the point of introducing her like this with her intent to join Luffy's crew anyways?! [Especially with all that promotion appearances for her like in We Are One and/or the 1000 EP We Are Opening special and etc.!!!!] Specially as well as all the great parallels (like her actually filling the "Oden position" in the Next King of the Pirates crew; Luffy-Roger, Zoro~Rayleigh, and Sanji~Gaban [and I guess maybe Jinbe~Sunbell]) and possibilities with the crew; especially with all the setup that they did for her for more than Momo, Kin, and even Carrot. And even if after her tour of Wano, how in the world is she going to find Luffy & the crew in the first place? {Since we're in the final arc, if Yamato was to join the Straw Hats, now would have been a good time so that we get solidified time with her and the crew together before the final times truly draws near; just like Jinbe will now (and it wouldn't have been bad to have her join the same time after Jinbe officially joined cause the same thing happened with Franky & Brook)}

Semi English major here wanting to explain yamatos path of following oden, so in the west we value individualization, our writing is our own individual exploration, in old Japanese literature and culture there is a value in following the footsteps of those from the past. You will see in writing that the writer is following the steps of a writer before them, viewing the same places, ect, and this cultural aspect is part of why Yamato is written to be someone following in odens steps. Yamato changing her mind reminds me of myself. I spent my whole life saying my dream was to live in Germany until I changed my mind at the last minute after going there for the second time and being horrified about all the "enrichment" Angela Merkel did, which got really worse after 2020. I wanted to live among Germans and now there are barely any of them anymore, even in Munich, a more conservative place for a big city.

A lot of weird decisions in this chapter imo. Yamato not joining the Straw Hats to see Wano, passing up the opportunity she saw as her primary goal without a good reason , nor learning to be her own person rather than being Oden. (Still assuming she will join eventually, though!) Hiyori (or at least her proxy speaker) teaching all of Wano to repeat vicious cycles because some families are just evil, apparently. Carrot not even getting a goodbye or even being mentioned. Further compounded by the baffling decision to leave her to rule Zou. The Straw Hats attempting to leave Wano without saying Goodbye?

My thoughts & opinions of the chapter: Now I know that this may sound like Oda is wasting Yamato's potential, but I am getting the feeling that she will join the SH the same way Jinbe did when the crew headed to Onigashima! If giving a copy of the SH's flag to Momo fully confirms that Wano is now one of Luffy's territories, will he do the same thing for any of the other places his crew has visited or ever will? When I read the part about what Hiyori said to Orochi, I can't help but fear if she actually supported what the people of Wano did to him & his family, and doesn't believe that the people of Wano should take any responsibility for the 20 years of darkness that they've partially caused? If so, then I wonder what Momo, Sukiyaki, and the other vassels might do with it since they should try to avoid making that mistake again? It is no surprise that the very next chapter will be the official start of One Piece's Final Saga, and I now want to know what you think the 1st chapter of the new arc will be about? Whether that be the SH going to a place similar to Jaya or Zou for more relaxation, some more reveals on what has happened to the people during the Reverie events, or automatically starting another Major arc that will go down in history such as Elbaf!?

Sadly i don't see Carrot happening, just like Yamato's choice to stay behind was off screened, i don't see why Oda would not just off screen the Strawhats saying goodbye to Carrot as well. Even though I don’t the execution of this chapter was the best for Yamato, there was some set up for Yamato’s decision to stay in wano to make sure momonosuke was ready. For example, before the climax at onigashima, momonosuke confides in Yamato that he doesn’t want to open the boarders due to the nature of the outside world, this idea is expanded upon further during the battle against green bull where momnosuke insists that Yamato should retreat. Again I agree that 1057 could of hit the nail on the head better, but I do think there was some logical sense with those previous moments In mind.

Is he just trying to stop marine from going to wano just like Admiral Ryokugu??? I think that Oda rush the ending of wano since it's a 3-part story setup (150+ chapters) and feels he needed to end the arc because how long it is and didn't want it to extend it more, and maybe explain in the next arcs about what happened to marco, big mama, kaido and shanks. *but the real wtf is still why Yamato didn't join, it's like a wasted potential. I believe that the last part with Hiyori is part of Rakugo. The story tellers are so good that it makes you feel like they are the character they are talking about. Our story teller was talking from Hiyori's POV, thus why he said that. It's not that Hiyori was there to talk in front of everyone, the Rakugo guy is transmitting the story to everyone else in Wano. I really REALLY hope that Oda doesn't rush things too hard or else it might actually worsen One Piece as a whole in retrospect. Everything build up throughout the entire Story left to hang at the end of it, just like it happened here in Wano. Wano took 4 years, it's conclusion about 10 chapter. One Piece started 25 years ago, to wrap things up in ~2-3 years can basically only feel just as rushed. I think alot of people will be dissapointed that some factions won't get as much screentime or even any at all and important fight of e.g. the revolutinaries or alliences will just happen of screen. Similar problem to Wano again. Also yeah Hiyoris line got me fckd up too like girl this is the exact reason Orochi wanted to destroy Wano in the first place.

I think it happened because he looked all his previous work and despite the fights the events etc. Wano is not Marineford and still is another island where the villain has to be defeated.So then he compared it to every other arc like that and he understood that he really jumped the shark and it has been too much of an arc.Perhaps he felt like the goodbyes would cost him 2 more manga comics so he just thought yeah , let's get this over with already. But i'm hopeful.We're seeing Kaido again , definitely , he's a dragon , no way lava destroyed him and Big Mom thanks to having the most versatile fruit in the story definitely pulled off a trick to escape being burnt alive.Apart from that , Luffy beat Kaido like a Pokemon beating another battle by evolving in the process.Meaning despite the immense power Luffy got lucky and on top of that , he has not total control over Gear 5 or his awakening.Still both the Hito Hito fruit model Nika and the Uo Uo fruit model Seiryu are fruits powerful enough to easily lift someone to Yonko commander level at least. We still have a ton of things to see and the future looks promising and prosperous.

My thoughts on the chapter: Yamato not joining the crew feels natural to me. She did not really feel like part of the crew and she did not have any interaction with almost any of our main characters except Luffy. To me she was more of a callback to Ace and a strong character to assist the straw hats in this really tough fight, she played a pretty important role in the events of Onigashima. Also having the devil fruit of the mythic protector of Wano felt like her actual role would be to stay there and amend for her father's actions by protecting the new shogun and its people. In regard of Hiyori's declaration of hate, I believe that as a moral of the story it really missed the mark. But if you take in consideration the perspective of the character it's pretty logical. She has a deep hate for the Kurozumi and I do not really remember if she actually ever learned about Orochi's hard past. Her whole family was taken from her by the deeds of Orochi and on top of that he tried with his power to seduce her, basically tormenting her, her whole life. She as a character makes sense to bare that hate for the Kurozumi. And come one the word play with charcoal was pretty cool. I think we can at least agree that Oda did a very nice job saying goodbye to our favorite characters from Wano and with the whole little brother relationship he established with Luffy and Momo. A relationship that really fits them. Overall, personally I really liked the chapter and even though I agree that it wasn't the most satisfying conclusion to this Arc I also believe that whatever conclusion we got it would still seem imperfect and lacking.

I thought Yamato staying in Wano would be controversial but Hiyori's speech was even worse. I think people took it the wrong way thinking that Hiyori was indiscriminately saying that all Kurozumi should die. That isn't the case, she was just doing a parallel to Oden and Orochi, and how he end up receiving the same ironic fate. Basically one last fuck off to Orochi... The catchphrase "Oden wouldn't be Oden if it wasn't boiled" doesn't mean that Oden deserved to die that way it was just ironic that it happen, it's the same with Orochi and the meaning of Kurozumi, it doesn't mean that the Kurozumi deserve to be burn, it's just ironic that in this case he deserved that fate for the 20 years of tyranny... It's just poetic that he receive the same fate as his archenemy Oden and the same fate as his family name meaning.(By the way Hiyori isn't acting this scene out, that panel is a flashback ). Oda has been saying just five more years for the past five years. I don't blame him for wanting to finish. It had been 25 long and grueling years that Oda has dedicated to bringing his dream to life. He must be exhausted. Though at this point I think we'd all rather Oda take a longer break here or there than try to rush to the end. I'm hoping that three more years is just Oda being optimistic, or is some sort of gorowase number symbol. It took 14 years to finish the East Blue and first half of the Grand Line. It took another 11 years to go through what we've seen of the new world. This "final arc" feels like it should be the third and final act similar in length to the previously mentioned two. There are so many mysteries left unsolved. There are so many plot points left to cover. There are hundreds of characters that are still story relevant who need their character arcs concluded. This doesn't even consider islands we have left to visit. At the minimum there should at least be Elbaf, Laughtale, and a final confrontation with the marines on the Red Line. But what about visiting Fullalead to deal with Blackbeard? What about Momoiro for the Revolutionaries? What about the endless Vearth, the Moon, which has been teased throughout the entire story? Oda does about 45 chapters a year. Three years is 130 chapters. I think two to three times that is what will be needed to properly conclude this massive epic tale.

With Kaido saying that Yamato's devil fruit was the Guardian deity of Want I knew she wasn't leaving and I really think he meant for Momo to eat it and that's why he was so hellbent on getting his hands on him but after seeing how weak willed he was he decided he wasn't worthy and instead opted to kill him for not living up to his father's reputation

I was never a fan of the idea that Yamato was going to join. I think a lot of the reasons people give doesn't really fit with Oda's style. Oda never showed Luffy to care about strength, blood line, or infamy. Luffy has always cared more about the person and their friendship. Yamato literally had a third of a very busy arc to be introduced. Not to mention it would be odd to have a relatively new character join at the tail end of an arc. I feel like most people put their personal feelings into Yamato joining and didn't think of any other way. People thought Carrot was an obvious choice, but look what happend there.

I agree, it wouldn't make sense thematically. Luffy doesn't have a personal tie to Yamato. They have only met the crew sporadically and they only ever "hung out" with everyone while Luffy was unconscious. Yamato SHOULD start their own journey and set sail with a crew from Wano after they are able to help Momo and the scabbards get settled with running the country. Yamato would be a great captain and will probably make an amazing crew of their own! But as far as being a Straw Hat? They do not fit.

The only way Oda can solve this issue with Hiyori in my mind is actually showing us later that everyone of the kozukis and red scabbard who stayed in wano for 20 year's had the time to build up their rage against the kurozumi and become more radical than momo or kinemon. And there will be a conflict between the 2 siblings. Momo wants peace but Hiyori has other things in mind. Ther was no time during the raid to address this because they all had the same goal. But now where everything has settled in, the true motivs come out and there could be a civil war(Avengers) type situation amongst the Kozuki and Yamato has to solve this problem, proving that she/he grew as a person and is ready to join the Strawhats.

This was my thinking as well. I know what alot of people want the story to convey based on the themes of the story but let's be realistic. Hyori's father and mother were both killed, she had to watch her people suffer in poverty, starvation, slavery, violence, and defective smile fruits. She then had to go undercover as a "call girl"and probably could rarely express her hatred for Orochi . Meanwhile she's forced to always play her father's favorite song for one of the people responsible for his death and the man she hates most. Most people would feel vengeful themselves after all of that for 20 years.

There is no issue with Hiyori. The scanlators mistranslated the scene by pluralizing the Kurozumi name. Hiyori was ONLY talking about Orochi, making this entire scene much more acceptable. Let's also not forget the scene is a narrated interpretation, and wasn't actually said.

Some bad things don't erase the good moments we had through the arc. But in the other hand, the lack of capability to close this properly, damages so much the story overall, because we had TONS of loose ends that without proper justification, become just asspulls (yes, I'm criticizing incoherent twists and plot holes from Oda, come at me). This was the worst chapter ever in the series for me. I'm aware every inconsistency in Wano isn't fault of this single chapter, but at the moment you end the arc, the possibility to fix them is closed. And it's the first time we close an arc with that much (not talking about mysteries, just plot holes). And in a very personal level, the outcome of the Yamato character, was the biggest nonsense, just for the sake of forcing a plot twist... even worst than Carrot's from last chap. By far one of my favorites characters and the most hyped potential SH ever. The whole Oden thing was a constant hindrance for her development, and it culminated with her giving up the only true desire of her own will, because in the end she had no identity at all (be said, Oden didn't even wanted to travel Wano. He left as soon as he had the opportunity, even against Shirohige's will). I just feel like, why the f she was even introduced and built up through the last 2 years just to be crushed in the end? the whole character lost the purpose of being introduced. She had more development than 2/3 of SHs since timeskip, just to become a powerful ally in a final battle. Don't even want to talk about the resentment message Hiyori and the citizens gave us, because I was so pissed with the chapter at that point, that didn't even care about. In the end, after being built up for 8~ years, Wano was a good arc that couldn't live up to expectations, because lack of consistency and pacing issues.

@@bikashit The story's not over, but Wano is. You can't just justify every loose end hoping to be tied in the end, because there isn't space to solve them all. If you reveal mysteries a lot of time after being foreshadowed, it feels great and Oda's really good at that. But if you try to fill a plot hole, it just feels poor and out of place. It's like trying to explain in Enies Lobby, Enel couldn't damage Luffy because he's made of rubber. You're just out of time. And even if Wano doesn't have such an inconsistency like the example, there's a lot of small holes that if you have at least some criticism, I feel it tarnish the arc in some proportion.

My main issue with the 'controversy' surrounding this chapter is that a lot of it comes from people projecting their own expectations/wishes on the story and where it should go. And I get it, I would have loved to see Yamato and Carrot as crewmembers too, but I never convinced myself that it was 100% going to happen, even if Oda did clearly seem to take it there. But now that it hasn't happened, I'm trying not to be disapointed about it not going there, and just be curious and excited for what Oda is going to do with these characters and their role in the story. In a way it doesn't really surprise me with Yamato, just from the fact that she ate a mythical zoan fruit that represents the 'guardian deity of Wano'. Just from that I had a feeling that she could end up actually becoming that and staying on Wano, even if just for a little while to protect it from something else after the Straw Hats leave. But I also think it kind of makes sense because the story is going into the endgame, and adding more new crew members might take up too much time to set up any big character arcs for them. We've been with most of the crew for years, even decades, and they MUST all have crucial roles to play in the finding the One Piece, fighting Blackbeard and eventually the World Government/Celestial Dragons. Most crewmembers have been gonig through the set up for this for so long, there are still so many plotpoints and character arcs that need to be done for the crew, adding even more RIGHT before the ending might just be too much. I personaly just don't feel that not making Carrot and Yamato a crewmember makes their existance in the story useless. They will come back and have parts to play, but with so much still left the round up it also doesn't make a lot of sense to add new crewmembers right before the end. Plus Jimbei also already joined officially in Wano, and with the whole racism issue still needing to be solved you KNOW Jijmbei is gonna have a big role to play too. I'll just have faith in Oda and see where it goes with an open mind and heart, I'm sure won't suddenly completely butcher it at the end after all this time of genius writing. Also I think the Hiyori thing is being exaggerated at this point, it's just a symbolical comparison to the BORN TO BOIL thing. Unless Oda is actually setting up civil warfor a whole next act of Wano where the anger and sorrow of 20 years under Kaido divided the country and leads to some sort of internal conflict like the US civil war after the war for independance or something...If thats really the message behind Hiyoris' words, then yeah what she said was kinda fucked up. But I don't think it was supposed to be taken that way. For now.

Ohara, I know how positive you are regarding One Piece. You are recognized for your optimism in the community. But I appreciate this critique from you. It is VERY fair, and Oda needs to be critiqued. He is man, like you and me. Even with his masterpieces, he has some missteps. Except for Fishman Island and Zou, every arc post-timeskip has not been efficiently executed. Oda has not been efficient and concise regarding the story he wants to tell. If all of us are being honest, there are chapters that could have been shaved off from the Yonkou Saga to make more space for Oda to properly flesh out his Wano ideas. This is a rough estimate but Oda could have shaved off 5-7 chapters in Punk Hazard, 7-10 chapters in Dressrosa, 7-10 chapters in Whole Cake Island and 7-10 chapters in Wano (in terms of what may be inefficient story beats). This would leave Oda with 26-37 chapters of space to push the story forward, and give him room to tie up the pinnacle of the Yonkou Saga in Wano. More fights between the Strawhats could have been shown (along with some character development). We could have gotten more of the Reverie. We could have got a proper Kaidou flashback. We could have had a more well-paced Wano conclusion than we got. At this pace, we would have gotten satisfying ending, and would probably be at the next island already. But some key storylines fell flat, or were straight up left out because Oda's inefficient storytelling from previous arcs caused him to rush. Oda is a great storyteller, but his desire to give us what may not be necessary caught up with him in a bad way. The end of Wano left a bad taste in my mouth. It was nowhere near as resonant as the end of Water 7/Enies Lobby or Fishman Island. But I'm moving forward. Hoping Oda can be more efficient and deliver on the final saga.
@dandeliond.3560

I think that was the intention to leave us a bad taste. If every arc would end with happy people, the One Piece world would be utopian in nature. And I believe Oda is good in telling stories that are realistic in it's balance between good and bad. Wano was a story about oppression. The people were literally starved, some couldn't express their emotions of grief as they had eaten smile, so even as they watched someone they cared about die, they couldn't cry normally and Hiyori had to stick to a role in order to survive for the past 20 years. Wano as a country hasn't healed yet. Perhaps in the next chapters, we get to hear what the strawhats were thinking about it all?

Yamato: As much as she admires Oden, I feel like she wasn't written with the idea that she'd inherited his will. Instead becoming a type of foil to one another. Where Oden chooses to leave and his people fall, Yamato will stay and guide them. You're right, it seems the people of wano did not learn. So they must be taught and guided. They have a way to go so maybe she stays behind in order to make sure that when Luffy needs them they're ready. Unlike how Oden left wano a place that could not receive joy boy with open arms. I really would like her to travel with us too though. So I really like the theory that we'd go back for her. Or she may pull a jimbei Rushed chapters: If you're right and we do go back, they won't feel like that anymore. However if that doesn't happen, I think Oda is still doing it on purpose. It reminds me of the beginning of one piece. Do you remember the episode, before reverse mountain? I've re-watched one piece about 6 times already, like the entire thing. Well every time I've watched the episodes before reverse mountain they feel rushed. Not long after the biggest goal so far was reached. It's actually been like that different times. Especially when something big is about to happen. The sabaody island episodes were so rushed, so many new characters were thrown at us. We got hit with a big display of the very real dark side of one piece. Then suddenly our crew was gone, the straw hats were disappearing before our eyes. In a dark day in history because it felt like they tore our hearts out. Oda took our hearts looked at them and decided they needed a beating. Followed by another heart breaking experience in the form of Ace. All of that resulting in the upgrade of all straw hats and their powers. I think Oda is not only rushing to finish but it's all his plan to lead us into something big very soon. Something huge is coming and it'll change one piece forever. Which might involve the missing conversations they had in wano when they said their goodbyes

The whole Yamato thing while it was disappointing, honestly was something I should've seen coming and expected especially when it came to the reason why I thought she would join. For one thing she had a character backstory that was similar to the female members of the crew with the personal character background of Ussopp and Franky being connected to the enemy captian of the crew and being the kid of a pirate. Another part was the introduction in that she was there in one place for a few years like Sanji and Brook due to a sense of duty or because it wasn't much of a choice in this case both. Now the only other other person she had in common with was Jimbei because of the fact they related to the Yonko saga because they were under their rule and also that the once fought and befriended Ace in the past. Though when I thought that I was hoping he wouldn't do the same thing he did then with Jimbei and he did here. So yeah that part did make me sad but the only upside is that the door is still being left open and she can walk through it when she feels like it's time. Also Hiyori's closing words made me cringe because it almost sounds as if they've learned nothing and forgot that it was the Korozumi Holocaust that caused this in the first place.

Carrot knows nothing about leadership, she's always been a follower...Except when it comes to her thirst to see the world. She's been to all of two islands and 1 Marine base. Pedro wanted Carrot to witness the New Dawn, and following the Straw Hats is the best way to do that.

I felt like I missed a chapter, the events in this one had nothing to do with the past chapters, I was so lost, or oda has something planned or he went crazy, cuz he left a lot of stuff like on hold, for example zoro and death fighting, or sanji's awakening and him hitting a woman, what happened to kaidou and big mom, their crew, the rushed way they left wano and the way nobody gave a lot of thought on luffy being joyboy, even zunisha, I know she doesn't have like the big role here but ik like- and they really left an 8 year old to rule??? Idk it feels weird, it doesn't look like something oda would do on purpose he has to have something planned
