Thanks Nick, I have struggled with this hand problem for years. Nobody could explain to me the issue. 20% of the time my club leave the swing plane and I lift my head. The result is a top or a bad slice. Today from you simple explanation, it became a eureka moment. Once again I cannot thank you enough.

Hey Nick this is really good; been doing SnT for about 3 years . I think it is the greatest golf technique out there. I used to swing upright like you did before changing. I would try to move my hands but it didn't feel right, i finally realized that I needed to really turn my right hip way more than I had been as a by product my arms swung inside like they should, anyway I think you & Rob are the best thank you for all your help

That's a fantastic change. Probably helps that she's quite talented. Love the hands thru the right pec and low and close thru impact. Great vid and teaching 😊

Great stuff, Nick. I'm working on hand path & swing plane with my GolfTec coach, so this was quite relevant to me. Discovered your channel through Rob Cheney's, and the two of you have quickly become my favorite KZitem coaches. Keep up the great work, please!

Thank you for this video. Is my hand path possibly the reason I shank my pitch shots? I’m a low handicap player but can’t pitch 20-50 yards!!

Great video, Nick! I have that same problem, even though I'm trying to take the club around my body. I have to actually "feel" that I'm taking the club back around my beltline. Thanks!

Great video as always. What grips you have on your club in this video or your clubs in general? Dumb question lol. First time replacing mine and can't decide.

years ago a pro said to me "don't get too far inside" on the backswing...have spent two decades trying to undo that swing thought

I think there is a difference in getting the hands club back on plane and the clubhead being too far inside the hands which is not ideal. Maybe this was your problem?

Hey Nick, what is my head relation to the ball compared to conventional. When bent over looking at the ball.Looks like your head is almost on top of the ball. Thanks

Definitely more bend from the neck, so the eyes are more centered on the golf ball

I held the noodle there to stop her hands moving out. Backswing is key and making sure hands move more behind and not up. A glove under the right arm would help with this feel

I notice that her clubface is facing the sky at the top of her swing. This may be the reason for the hands staying outside. Otherwise her ball will fly to the left.

It would make more sense to swing to the right through impact with a closed clubface
