There is a lot of misleading visual information here. I worked for Karl by Lagerfeld in London doing their shoes for the first launch. This is a sub brand designed for more affordable luxury. Karl Lagerfeld is a different brand. You are not even showing the right visuals. You need to do more research on more of your videos. You’ve done this before. 👎🏻

Karl Lagerfeld was exceptional in his own brand. I used to go into his flagship shop on sloane street, London. His clothes were pure luxury in the fabric. His own taste was sleek and quiet styles that didnt scream "new rich" like chanel did. He was a serious thinker and it showed that. If you understand German fashion, you'd get it. I don't know what you're talking about. There's "Karl" and "Karl Lagerfeld Paris." "Karl" was a collaboration with Kaia Gerber. The aim was to provide a mid-range brand, "Karl Lagerfeld Paris" for those who wouldn't spend money on Chanel. Karl wanted a mid-range under his name made available to not just the moneyed elite. Besides, Chanel is having quality control issues on it's bags. Social media influencers are stepping back on the brand because of flaws and defects. Look it up on KZitem. The "Karl" and "Karl Lagerfeld Paris" brands are in retailers and online doing well.

I really love your content but i don't agree with you on this one. I really love Karl by Karl Lagerfeld. It is quite "affordable" and the design is playful and cool. I don't think KL intended to take himself seriously and come up with a classic luxury brand. He had chanel and fendi for that. I feel he just wanted to do something playful young people could actually afford. Another designer with a very similar approach (at first) was Marc Jacobs with Marc by Marc Jacobs. When i was a uni student, it was my go-to brand. It was bold, playful and cool. The quality of the goods was quite high and i could afford it (with some financial effort). I was very sad to see it gone.
