Ascent Milwaukee is currently the world's tallest mass timber building, standing 25 stories and 284 feet tall. The project includes 19 stories of mass timber residential units, with concrete cores, on top of 6 stories of concrete, primarily parking. This series of short videos provide key insights into the design and construction process.
In this video, WoodWorks President and CEO Jennifer Cover discusses the reason for choosing mass timber for this project with project developer Tim Gokhman of New Land Enterprises.
