Why shouldn't we target our TMS problem areas!?
I get this question quite frequently, it's a common misunderstanding of my yoga practice. But understandably so.
We want relief from our pains and discomfort, so we automatically think strengthening or stretching ourselves in those areas will alleviate the pain. But for us TMS sufferers, this can lead to flare-ups and worse pain! We shouldn't overstretch or specifically target our TMS soreness and stiffness... find out why in this video.
