I want to took a job working for a man I didn’t like much. A job I’ve never done before. I was doing exceptional work, and one day he said something extremely telling. I realized I was helping this man more than he deserved. And I quit on the spot, wrapped up the whole thing without a word. Everyone was puzzled, and tried to find out why but I refused to budge. I never told anyone that I did not want to help this man in any way that I regretted having done it at all. I don’t work for assholes anymore. Why help an ass. And tell him why so he can lie to the next person… Hell no

I've seen things like this happen. I worked for a company that had Male owners, a male District manager and then female managers at every every location. It was a very interesting dynamic. As the years went by, something weird happened. The women fought amongst each other and essentially took each other out. Of those who stayed out of the drama, some decided to start families and either went to less strenuous jobs or started working part-time. Now, nearly a decade later, The ratio of managers is about 60/40 with males being the manager majority. The interesting part is, most of the male managers are younger than the remaining female managers. They are like our aunties and are truly a great source of wisdom and experience. I guess the point I'm making is this, meaningful diversity , a healthy mix between both males and female workers generally leads to an improved working environment. Also, when the genders aren't fighting each other, they can be quite powerful and efficient. The key is to not fight human nature.

Whether it is your job or your family. The people that are the most successful will be fully invested in only one of these 2 areas. So where you excel in one realm, the other will falter. It is just felt more when a woman is involved, because they are the yin that helps anchor men.

Many men, who step up, become Mr. Moms, often suffer great loss of self-esteem, and some COMMIT SUICIDE. I have witnessed this. Of the many Mr. Moms I've met, 3 attempted suicide. 1 succeeded. Later, the other two, finally succeeded. Men experiencing issues, after becoming a Mr. Mom, is no joke. MEN do NOT belong AT HOME taking care of children. PERIOD!

The math gets wonky in lawyering. It's not clear if he's talking about $750 per hour in billing or $750 per hour gross pay. $750 per hour in gross pay at 70 hours a week works out to 2.73 million dollars per year. There are lawyers that make that, but it's more likely he's talking about the billable rate, because partners and senior partners are salaried. The hourly wages don't matter. So if a lawyer bills $750 an hour for 70 hours a week, she'll bring in over 2 and half million dollars to the firm, of which, she'll likely be paid about half in her comp package. A senior partner would likely pull a higher percentage of his billables.

Engineering is the same way even if you're not involved with work you still have to be nerdy researching things in your off time because it interests you and constantly having to deal with issues and challenges after you get off work. But feminists are it's a problem because there's not enough women engineers and they earn good money. Lol
