Omg! He is describing my husband to the T. When our baby was 6 months old her dad stayed home with her until she was 1. People would try to devalue him and say he was a house husband but he was doing what needed to be done to keep the house hold running when I went back to work. He did EVERYTHING! The laundry, cooked, helped the kids with homework, cleaned the house, the yard, the dogs, you name it he did it. I love him for that! There aren't many men whose pride would let them do that, or they wouldn't want to put in the work, but my papi did it with a smile on his face and gave ma a massage or rubbed my feet after work. Women you better know when you have a good man and hold on to him for dear life. How much money he makes has never been important, as long as he's willing to work hard and support you and the kids in any way he possibly can, that's all you need. Make him feel he is worthy, valuable and loved and it will motivate him to do anything and everything in his power to keep his family happy. I thank God for my hubby every day I don't know what I would do without him. ❤🙏🏾

Brings tears to my eyes. I'm so glad to read ur story. It's heartwarming the way u both support each other. I always say that love is a verb. It's what you do, not what you say. You guys are proof of that. Thank you so much for sharing

This was exactly my brother in law! My mom told him if you want to NOT work (felon) then you take care of the kids. My sister went to school while he cooked clean and did everything needed to ensure the home was good. Kids got to school on time etc. He supported her through everything. All she had to do was go to school and work study. Those little boys are now 18 and 20. The oldest is a I'm machinery testing and the younger one is off to college. My sister has a great job in the medical field. Unfortunately they did not work out. But this Mothers Day and every year he's always acknowledge what a great Mother she is and for raising the boys right. ❤ she always thanks him for being there when she needed him most.

@@blacar3270 You're welcome. I hated that people tried to put him down but I would not allow it. There is hope, there are a lot of very good men and women out there. Figure out how to work together despite what society thinks your role should be. Good luck hun. 🙏🏾

@@movinonup1368 A very good man. Even if they didn't work out he set the example for his sons to be good men as well. While having the utmost respect for their mom. That's a win win situation. Thanks for sharing have a wonderful day sweetie ❤️

That sounds like what a high value man is supposed to be. A good man is of high value period. One's value should not be based on how much they have or earn financially, but the caliber of a human being they are. I weep for the youth because these people with their twisted money grubbing mentality is teaching them the wrong values (no pun intended).

If a person’s only definition of high value is money and material possessions, they are a very poor and not so smart person.

Exactly!! I'm so tired of this... High value man BS! I don't care for a high valued man! Yes it's nice but I grew up with a high value father ... he was not a good husband but a great father! I rather take the whole package and he work an industrial job and love him even more for holding me down. That's what a real man or high value man is... its not necessarily always about money... love this!

You can have money and be a shit person. A man's net worth doesn't determine his value.

That's right! Give me the dusty dirty man any day because they work the hardest to ME. I hate that "High Value" crap. "High Value" to me is the men who add value to my life by doing exactly the things he is describing and who have manual labor skills, not value because of the money in his life.

In actually he's talking about the majority of average men the problem is average women look down on average men because they overvalued themselves and think their better
