Sir... Last one month I did gym regularly and reduced 5 kg.. This week only I was able to do work out as I needed to take some antibiotics due to some health issues.. Will it affect my metabolic rate.. How I can componsate this week work out in next week.. Can I do both morning and evening to componsate this week work out
