Great CIRS on a budget tips!! My problem was not money, it was convincing my Dr. to give me the binders, as I was moving away. (Had high cholesterol and was able to get it that way.) I did feel 100% better just using the binders, maybe not perfect, but for me even some better, was better than perfect. I also agree with the Long Covid issue...I had that so much worse than the rest of my family. I need the protocol again and working on finding a way to do the whole thing if possible. The roof and bathroom vent was fixed and remediated and our local fogging guy is a neat Christian too...great job, we felt 100% better in 3 days!!! Love the tip on ordering water and waiting at a restaurant...even though meat is super easy to make at home. It really is possible, might not be easy, but doable slowly. I wonder if all the push of Statins was put toward Welchol if lots, lots more people would accidentally be feeling better?????

I even got to see Fiddler on the Roof at the local playhouse there in Fort Myers. Thank you! We need more Drs like you. I already had FM, Mold, and more in Sebastian FL. Dr Daniel Tucker in West Palm was Immunologist/Allergist (had CIRS himself) treated me. The roof came off my condo bdg and it had many molds. It was between the outer concrete block and dry wall but wasn't showing inside the condo other than the thick white dust. The AC picked it up from leaks in the walls. My body tested with the same molds. I left the condo and rented rooms in strangers homes while trying to get condo Remediated. Aspergillosis was strongest, with Cladasporum, another "C" mold? can't recall, a small amount of Stachybotrus, I'm back up north. Saved from mold? NO. In a 6 year old Apt House with Mold! Argh. I studied Richie Shoemaker back in FL before I found Dr. Tucker and now up north am using the binders on my own. Chlorella, Lyposomal Glutathione, Activated Charcoal. Yes! I lost everything I owned in FL. Dr Tucker said I shouldn't be near anything that's been near mold. Highly allergic. Real Time Labs is what Shoemaker recommended. Last tests show my brain is shrinking- very scary. I lose whole days sometimes. Close to Dementia! I bought a hepa/charcoal air filter. cleaner, runs constantly to combat the moldy air from AC. I am low income living alone. I can't easily move. Was on the list for another bdg. Went into their basement- one sniff is all it took. The smell made me run out. I HAD LONG COVID 2020! Three years later, I'm still so tired. I tell Drs I have mold and they look at me like I have 2 heads. I have nodes everywhere! One on brain, one behind parotid gland, multinodal thyroid and several in my lungs. I can't get a Dr to connect the dots. Separate Specialists for each. Useless! What's Welcall? I looked at RVs to live in, they smelled like mold- closed up w no AC on. I have a friend in FL who's very sick. I'm passing your info to her. God Bless you and your work. 🙏🏻

The one big thing to know is that once drywall gets wet, it WILL grow mold! If drywall gets wet, get it out, don't dry it out, TAKE it out! Lessons learned from Hurricane Katrina and the good contractors that ripped out, instead of reusing. About the military, especially Army housing can be poorly maintained but generally not any worse than any other landlord. As Dr. Eric Dorninger said himself, he caused a water leak, allowed several others and did not know that a quick, surface clean-up would make him and his family sick. That happens in anyone's house military and non-military, owned or rented. I don't care who is my landlord or where I live, I will find moisture and/or leaks and get mold remediated correctly. I love plants, but only succulents get to live in my house, because too many plants, fish tanks and other water producing/particularising things can grow mold. Fans and vents help and should be used in kitchens and baths. Basement dehumidifiers are helpful if there is no way to lower the humidity due to climate, as long as there are no leaks or other sources.

Yes, I think it's smart to have dehumidifiers in rooms that go above 55% humidity to reduce moisture levels. But no big water damage should be left alone as it will make mold levels that are harmful for anyone. Dr. Shoemaker recommends a HERTSMI test result of

Very much doubt that mold is the root cause of sickness. People have lived in damp moldy conditions forever. I wanted to say that most people that have been or is extremely sick from MOLD, most of those patients already had health issues prior to moving into a water damage building. Plus about the antifungals, people like myself that have true fungal issues, need antifungals! The antifungals DO NOT CAUSE brain atrophy! You do need to have your liver enzymes checked twice weekly. And true CIRS patients have SIBO. All this bacteria, fungi, viruses, parasites, metals, gastro dysfunction, vitamin/mineral imbalances, chemical sensitivity and endocrine imbalances are from metabolites and other toxins. As I have explained to others, that sick building people refer to, well, your body becomes the sick building. Blessings to all! 🙏

Does anyone know - @nutritionwithjudy or one of his patients perhaps - which Miele vacuum Dr Gruning recommends?
