I hate this pose it hurts so much having my knees on my arms like that. I have a high pain tolerance but that just feels horrible and avoidable by not doing it 😅

Ik this is like from 1 year ago, but bending your elbows more really helps, bend the elbows to a more comfortable position, not too low though or you'll kiss the floor.

I do have bruises and it hurts. People were all asking me, “What happened to your arm?”

Hey you know like umm today I’ll do a backbend and tomorrow if I do it when I drop into that position it’s not really sturdy and sometimes I’m not able to get into it so maybe could you help with that?

@@just_kpop5 one thing that helps me with staying in the pose is putting my arms right under my head (so basically my arms are more vertical and not as diagonal). And also having my legs a little closer too. This may need a bit of stretching out your back. I got my backbend pretty good in about a week, keep practicing!

I can only hold it for a few seconds. I believe my issue is my wrists. I have always had trouble putting weight on them.

Love your videos! I have a question, when I practice crow pose i always get bruises on my arms where my legs touched my arms, do you know why that is?

Hello thank you so much. Yes this used to happen to me a lot, there’s nothing wrong it’s just that you are balancing your body’s weight on your arms and when you aren’t used to it you get bruises. I found over the years it happens less as your body gets accustomed to arm balances
