There are a lot of basketball training misconceptions that almost every player I see makes and by the end of this video you will be able to fix and implement into you basketball workouts and fix!
A lot of basketball players believe what they see, such as you need to make a certain amount of shots everyday or you need to be doing what you see pro players doing during workouts. Don't just mimic NBA workouts or drills just because you see them do it. At the end of the day make sure everything you do is adjusted to you as a player, fits your workout plan, and your goals as a basketball player.
