the “trinity cycle of sleep” one night GHB, next night opiates and than 3rd night benzodiazepines… you’ll sleep like a baby wont get addicted any of them and ultimately not destroy your neurons/CNS.

Tired of reading comments about nattys having a better work ethic and are overall morally and ethically superior to anyone who would touch gear.

Is the context of this video in the context of sport performance and aesthetics? Cause if it's about testosterone in general it's weird as heck for a man to tell another man that they're weak for taking it or shouldn't get to take it or don't deserve to take it.

I don't think guys even bother to train as a natural for any amount of time now.. just start using gear or SARMs right away... I'm just guessing but young guys and people say yeah there on something

I have never seen people older than 80 yrs old weighting 180 pounds or 200 pounds 9 out of ten times they lean n not that muscular when ur young is all good but as u get older the priority is 2b pain free n focusing on longevity not looks just focused on the basics n wee all should b okay....

I train hard enough run 6 miles a day and lift 5 days a week i could benefit from TRT in the high reference range if you do the tissue work and all that and achieved your results naturally id think a good age would be 30 im 28 right now
@Barneyfithlawman
Жыл бұрын
No if your happy with your achievements, no need to start TRT just because you turn 30 I thought TRT would make a huge difference it doesn't, just wait until you really need it or just do steroids if that's what you want. Trt is a pain literally and there's a cost, regular Dr are really funny about even the ones who "specialist" aren't very good. Dial in your training more and diet I was stronger before TRT, but look better now but it's diet and exercise

@raulbisping9880 who the fuck has 4 hours a day just for stretching? David Goggins' body is completely trashed from running himself into the ground. Not a guy I'd model if I'm concerned about longevity.

@@Barneyfithlawman self medicate trt thats what I've done for 4 yrs 240mg a week an blood work is perfect an I'm 44 ...I also have a little blast once a year an im 17stone 18% body fat yes trt makes a big difference if not your not having a big enough dose
@DannyHamar

@Barneyfithlawman

@@odin-ss1zx maybe I don't give it enough credit but it's hard to know I made a lot of positive changes when I started TRT. I'm fairly sure everyone in the gym figures I'm doing something, I get noticed and compliments a lot. I just don't think people should jump on just because of age or the gym isn't quite good enough. I view it as a medication with side effects if you need it fine. Just don't expect night and day difference without everything else in place. I know many people who are TRT and I can barely tell they work out.
