Don’t focus on the finish line. That’s an important one for me personally, have a tendency to think too far out in the future then get overwhelmed and overcome with self doubt. 1) awareness 2) acceptance then all of what you summarized perfectly above ❤

I try not to pay much mind to synchronicities because I have schizophrenia and when I was in my first psychotic episode I was absolutely obsessed with noticing synchronicities and coincidences which led to me having delusions, so I'm afraid that paying attention too much attention to synchronicities might trigger psychosis or delusional thinking in me. I did enjoy this video though. One of the more helpful videos about finding your life purpose.

This is something that I knew but still didn't realize until now... When you said: "Chasing comes from a place of unhappiness" I cried because I desperately needed to hear this. My life has always been so blessed and it's only getting better each day, and still, I chase the next thing, without appreciating and living the current moment. I'm trying to change that, but it hasn't been easy. I'M CHANGING THAT! Thank you, Christina, I needed the wake-up call! Beijos do Brasil

I have always been a person who has gone where life leads me. This is not the same as being aimless and adrift in life. Purpose, direction and a plan are important to avoid becoming lost and adrift in life. But whatever our perceived purpose, our plan or our intent is, life will put forks in the road, detours and obstacles that we don't expect. Going with the flow is not getting hung up on these changes to our plans as they crop up. Rather than seeing these obstacles as a bad thing, something that is derailing our plans or impeding our life, there are two other ways to respond to these points of change in our paths. One is to see them as an opportunity and to enthusiastically head off in the new direction. The other (going with the flow) is to shrug, reassess, determine what is the new best (usually subjective) point forward and then keep going. This latter has, for the most part, been my approach. My personal experience is many don't see the value in this. Indeed, they see it as a flaw. I was often accused from childhood on as not being focused, not finishing things I started, always switching to other things of interest that cropped up. I suspect that fear is behind this, but that is just speculation. So what does a life of going with the flow look like? I'll share a few highlights of my life to show the dramatic changes that can occur if we allow them to. After high school I went to work in a ski resort town to support my desire to be a ski bum, Moved to the woods and lived in a small trailer (off grid) where I got into logging and worked at a small sawmill. Built my own house. Decided I wanted to go to college and work for the forest service. Graduated with a BA in English and signed up for an MA program in linguistics with the goal of teaching college writing courses. Worked as a writing lab instructor at a community college until a recession resulted in funding for my position being eliminated. Went back to the mountains and worked at a ski resort running a chairlift (at 35). Got into construction in the summer months. Received a sawmill guide attachment for my chainsaw as a birthday gift and starting milling planks for benches which turned into a business. Was selling benches at a music festival when a teacher (3rd, 4th grade) came into my booth and visited with me for four days. Went and joined her classroom as an aid because she challenged me to. Entered a K-12 teaching credential program. Became a certificated teacher in an American Indian education program and then became the ECE coordinator. Met my wife and had a daughter. Entered a masters in education and public school administration program as well as an administration certificate program and completed them in 24 months. Became a director/administrator for a school district. Spent eight years directing programs that served at-risk families with children 0-5. Became a county commissioner and held seats on many county committees. Left administration to become a middle school teacher in a program my daughter was in, so I could be her teacher for three years. Bought a sawmill and a frontend loader. Left teaching (after my daughter transitioned to high school) and began milling lumber, building furniture and developing properties. I currently own three timber properties in two states, all paid for. Now I'm building a tiny home and converting a cargo adventure trailer to haul my new motorcycle with plans to travel North and South America. I'm only 62, so there's still room for more. I think my life would have turned out a lot different, if I had tried to identify my purpose and then tried to force life to get me there. The veil we accept when we come here has a purpose too. It is there to allow us to make choices, mistakes, to learn, to grow and to dream.

Christina Lopes is a true "type A". Which is a kick because our society seems to project a spiritual person as being an older, gray bearded man sitting in the lotus position practicing TM in a state of non stop nirvana. So part of what I would add to her advice, has to do with how in today's society we are programmed to chase things. I think we are taught that we have to live life to it's fullest in one lifetime. And let's face it, it's marketing to consumers. In our society (and I grew up and live in the USA) we are manipulated because we think we are "less than" if we don't pack all the experiences as humanly possible in one lifetime. So we burn the candle at both ends. By constantly running around, we lack quiet reflection, sleep, and other essential parts to our lives that are needed for health and well being. Here's another thing I suggest: look back and see all the good things you have done. And remember, what good things you have already accomplished are part of you in the here and now. Remember you are a work in progress, and you have already been traveling on your life's path.

Anyone else worried of the possibility that by not fulfilling your soul purpose, you may have to reincarnate again into a different harder life, maybe into the past, memories gone? Or worried about re-experiencing the horrific deaths and deeds from your unknown past lives and whether God-Source/spirit guides are judging you/humanity's actions for not allowing God-Source to evolve as efficiently? I could learn about spirituality my whole life and still be sacred of death. Trying to eliminate fear and anxiety is like trying to eliminate molecules.

Harder you try to stop being unhappy for being unhappy and overactive mind, is also not the way. Thats still trying and that still creates fear. Let fear do what its meant to, dont be afraid. It will dissolve. Go beyond. Trying to stop thoughts sensations etc, is another trap. Let it go. Stop caring, what comes and goes. Love your contracted energies, you have to love everything you hate, all parts of you. Then there you are! Infinite being beyond all experiences

Thank you for staying in there. The pandemic was the most life changing event that happened to me and now I am trying to get back out there. I had a major breakdown but see it was a major breakthrough. You helped me see and face the childhood traumas and as hard as it was my family sees me. I hope you recognize that we had these physical exhausting breakdowns and isolation really did force us all to decide what is important. Now we have the school shootings that cause us here in the United States to wake up and demand no more gun violence. The police have now been shown we cannot have them continue to judge us and beat our children to death. We are going to see the best possible for us all because then the planet sees the effects of global warming and the destruction and harm it is causing. Earthquakes and weather related events have increased and we are doing what is needed to cut our fuel consumption while trying organic farming to restore our bodies. I am reading about so much than I ever thought and am going to continue to tune into your work when I can. Success lies within and you taught thousands how to be more in tune as our children are more confused from the social drama the cell phones have brought all generational persons using these devices have to learn the respect to not spew hate or stalk. Thank you for the time you spend and I wish you continue compassion while your capabilities increase with age. Christ in a. ….beautiful soul. Our lives are so busy and more rushed but the healing I got from your teaching will be part me forever. I had to stop because the instagram account got hacked. All the time. All of our accounts are getting that. Take care and keep teaching.

I had a spiritual awakening 3 yrs ago when I was 52. I had never heard of a spiritual awakening and I was atheist, it was the most mind blowing thing that's ever happened to me, there are no words to adequately explain it. Right after it I "woke up" it was as if the flood gates opened, every video on utube was about spirituality, which I knew nothing about prior and I found out from your/Christina's channel that what I experienced was an awakening. I know as well as I know my name that we are one, we are all God and everything on earth is an illusion. We are here to learn from our experiences for the evolution of our souls and there no coincidences, BUT one thing bothers me and I'm hoping somebody who reads this can help. Why and who learns what from the neverending children/babies who get abused to death by their parents, and the starving children in India and Africa? I know it's off topic but it's the one thing I can't understand and I don't anybody personally who awakened or even on the spiritual path.

Hard to put into human language, but please use your intuition and empathy for what I will say: God is an actionless energy, from which each and every creation snapshot stands up, in a plan above human comprehension and discrimination. God is not a moving energy continuously acting on creation. God doesn't interfere with what is going on on Earth. "Evil is where God doesn't exist." We, humans, created the phenomenon here on Earth throughout thousands of years, and still we are the ones to change it. That's why collective awareness is of paramount importance. I believe there should be extraordinary souls living on Earth, swearing not to live here until everybody wakes up.. I humbly wish this makes some sense. Would be happy to discuss things like this, here or elsewhere. Cheers.

If you believe that life has no purpose, then your life will appear to have no purpose. When you know there is a purpose for your life, then ask, then listen, then hear your own unique, individual & exclusive purpose for your life. Asking on purpose is a clear statement of what is. We cannot learn what we are not yet ready to know.

I am so happy you used Abraham as an example! So many people don’t understand what she is saying and think she is a fraud… mostly Neville Goddard fans…….. but that is so not true! For me Neville Goddard is like on a shallow spirituality level… and things you teach … or for example Aaron Abke… or even Abraham Hicks… is more deep spirituality… where you actually heal, not just manifest every shallow desire… I love Abraham, when I was in the dark night of the soul… and oh my god!! That was something!! It always helped me to get to a higher frequency just simply by listening to them… 💚 much love

Basically, what we need to do is to raise our vibrations. We need to cut down on drinking, smoking, judging, swearing, overeating, sexual activities. We have to try to be a kind person. We need to learn to forgive, to let go of fear and anger. Step by step. That is a universal life purpose
