I will definitely use your valuable advice of techniques in masculinity and feniminity. Ive been a single mum and have always had to combine all the masculine tasks ss well as the feminine tasks. I had never thought if separating the two. I certainly now understand and it does make sense.

I love it. But is this possible to not give advice or suggestion when you're raising little kids together? Dynamics between my husband and I changed so much since our twins were born and we had to solve problems together, and as a mama bear, I've been feeling so strong about certain things about raising kids and it's really hard (almost impossible) for me to lean back when it comes to kids. Raising kids definitely turned me more of the masculine role. Twins are 4 now. Do you have any advice on that?

this is a great question! I'll certainly do a video on this. I've been there and I know what a tricky area this can be. There's a certain amount of letting go of control that needs to happen when co parenting. This starts with noticing your urge to correct him; and instead express a feeling , "i feel concerned about our child eating this" "I feel uncomfortable with this much screen time" Then you bring your husband in as part of the team by asking him what he thinks... Look out for a future video on this. Hit the bell for notifications or sign up for my newsletter to get the video in your inbox. www.naomiethompson.com

I have a terrible Attatchment Disorder that makes me attract chaos in my love life, even if I don't want it now. It means I am releasing myself from being addicted to highs and lows (A complex trauma reflex after a violent youth). Do you have any power tricks on keeping myself In my 'feminine energy' stronger than before? Because I need to feel safe within myself when someone I find desirable, gets attracted to me? Thank you for sharing so vulnerably with me. I'm so sorry you experienced violence in your youth. This is indeed traumatic. The feminine energy tools I work with are about helping you become strong on the inside so no matter what happens in life, you'll know deep down you'll be okay. As your inner strength grows the kinds of relationships you attract changes. They'll become more and more solid and drama free! I suggest you get my free audio training to get you started. naomiethompson.com/freeaudiotraining or the link should be in the description :)

I agree with what you are saying but some men want to be in the feminine role. Learned helplessness and manipulation. Women can use these techniques but be prepared for him to not step up. At that point, decide if you want to be his mother for the next 20 years.

It’s about striking the balance between your natural compassion and warmth for the pain of another human being and not being not becoming a man’s therapist. And this is also nuanced depending on how long you’ve known someone.

Hi Naomie why will a women attract married man ? What is it inside her that can make her attract married man ?
@NaomieThompson
Жыл бұрын
great question. The most helpful way to see it is, that the men we attract are a mirror for what's going on inside of us. So you could ask yourself... if I'm attracting unavailable men what is it in me that is unavailable? How emotionally unavailable for love and intimacy am I? That will shine a light on what needs to be healed. :)
