The introduction part of the video is so true...trying to be perfect at every task is like an addiction which I need to break ! Sir, you have rightly explained how perfectionism can lead to let downs and failures when we only look at the "results" & forget to focus on the "process" . Thank you so much Sir. This one is my favourite video till now.

Then at the end of the day I regret thinking that even if I have started studying at the time I woke up, it will be of great use. Perfectionism and all or none phenomenon will definitely lead to procrastination. Believe in COMPOUND INTEREST.

I have my pg exams in 20days frm now.. I haven't touched the books yet.. I was supposed to write exams in 2019, missed 2 regular 1 supplementary exam season fearing FAILURE. I so do this... all that u said... word to word.. I procrastinate seeking perfection.. fearing poor results..panic anxiety thinking abt appearing for the exams. I feel worthless..incapable I feel guilty for wasting all these time.. and pray for exam postponement.. I feel pathetic.. Married.. With a 9yr old.. single parent.. It's difficult.. iam just hiding behind this excuse..wen I know I can do much more.. I watch only ur videos for motivation.. I watch ur videos for that extra hope I watch ur videos to stay away from burn out I watch ur video to breathe... Thank u dear sir.. Thank u so much.. I am just halfway through the video and I couldn't stop myself from writing the comment... Sir, whatever you said is so scarily accurate!! Ever since I was a kid, I always wanted to do everything perfectly..it worked out when I was in school..but as I grew up and the amount of studies and workload increased, it was my need for perfection that paralyzed me.. (even now)..I am scared of grand tests because I feel I am not perfectly prepared and end up skipping the test which is even more detrimental.. Thank you, sir..for sharing this.. 😊😊
