In this video I discussed the reasoning behind the awkward feeling that we often get when walking. It comes down to simply not using correct biomechanics when walking. By breaking down walking into a few key mental cues, namely being the following:
1. Head over the balancing foot
2. Rolling the shoulders
3. Keep the head tall
we can start to walk correctly and feel more natural and confident in our steps.
