Join us as we prepare a simple and delicious Poke recipe using our wild-caught Big Eye Tuna. With only 1 pound of pure Big Eye, we yield 2-3 hefty portions of Poke. We kept it simple to better highlight the Big Eye Tuna, using only NOH Poke Mix (this includes ogo, chili flakes and Hawaiian sea salt), sesame oil, white soy sauce (or Takumi Shoyu), toasted sesame seeds and finely sliced green onions (or negi).
Our Big Eye caught off the coast of Southern California, using a longline method of capture, immediately followed by ikejime dispatching process. This yields incredible quality local, wild Big Eye Tuna.
This recipe can be made using items that can be found in our pantry section!
