As the sun goes down, the prawn fishermen go to work in the
azure waters of the Northern Prawn Fishery. In the Gulf of Carpentaria
they are catching succulent wild Tiger Prawns . Within 40 minutes they are snap frozen and will be -30c within 4 hours - frozen still tasting of the sea.
Delicious to eat on the BBQ, Cooked whole and peeled, or added to any pasta or stir fry. Eat more prawns!
