Great grab bag, crazy wild weather all over it seems. For clarity only, the clip from Strasburg (22:50) is the normal agricultural land application of animal manure in liquid form by the tractor and tank and is perfectly safe and has been done for many years. It saves on the use of manufactured fertilizers and is a soil conditioner as well. Mother Nature magic at work!!

Environmentally OK if the slurry is spread in a way that it won't run off into a watercourse, such as by putting uncultivated buffer strips between fields and streams. Nonpoint-source pollution by natural and synthetic fertilizers from farms -- and residential lawns -- is a major cause of the declining quality of water in the lower Susquehanna River and on down through the Chesapeake Bay.

3:36 Not sure if thats a stuck horn, sounds more like classic EMD 710 turbo howl from the SD60. Capture delay muddles it somewhat, but most modern horn valves use solenoids which means its very difficult to have a bell get stuck open. Only in certain conditions have I seen it, mainly when it gets very, very, very cold. Possibly poor maintenance as well, but that is also the cause of 710 turbo howl as well lol. Guess it'll never be definitively known until someone working on that unit can tell us which one it is.
