Respected sir, Mother gifted her self acquired flat to unmarried daughter and son, after that unmarried daughter died. As per Hindu succession act sec 15c, her mother is the class I legal heir, gifted property return back to mother. In this case does mother need to produce heirship certificate to get title of flat in her name Kindly guide sir, your answer very valuable me as student of law Regards

सर में दुविधा में हूं, कृपया मेरी मदद करें 🙏 दरअसल, मैं एक 24 साल की लड़की हूं, मेरे पापा नहीं है और मेरी मां अपना प्रॉपर्टी मेरे नाम gift करना चाहती है, इस सिलसिले में मेरी एक व्यक्ति से बात हुई है, और उन्होंने मुझसे मेरे प्रॉपर्टी के ओरिजिनल पेपर मांगे हैं, उन्होंने बताया कि ओरिजिनल पेपर ले जाना होगा रजिस्टर के पास और कोर्ट से ट्रांसफर प्रॉपर्टी पेपर बनवाना होगा! मुझे यह जानना है की ओरिजिनल प्रॉपर्टी का पेपर की जरूरत कब पड़ती है और मुझे ओरिजिनल पेपर देना चाहिए या नहीं ? 10,000 का demand किया है!
