Thank you to the original interviewers for a small peak behind the curtain of whitehouse ! I hope one day we will get to see or read the full story !!!

I was surprised to find Bennett sounds like a well-adjusted man. I find Whitehouse interesting, yet terrifying, like I shouldn't really been listening to it.

Always amazed by how softly spoken WB is when he’s not screaming bile through a wall of distortion!

I'm one of the interviewers on this. Obviously we had to cut it due to time restrictions, but there were also some interesting tidbits that didn't make the cut.

William has become a sort of Zen Master of saying something yet saying nothing. He refers on several occasions to songs and albums having specific personal references but doesn’t elaborate. Obviously, that’s his prerogative, but it would have been illuminating for a glimpse behind the lyrical curtain.

Pretty good interview. It was particularly interesting to hear WB talk about punk, TG, and Whitehouse's stance towards serial killers in terms of providing ideas behind certain releases. Disappointing to hear that he rates Emin and other irrelevant YBAs, and hates electric guitar (as if it has to be associated solely with rock music). I wonder how he feels about the instrument being used to such good effect in SJ?

Um... you misspelled two words. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Speech_disfluency "Use of "hmm" for "filled pauses" has been considered by many as stupidity and showing a lack of skill or competence, but many linguists attest this judgement is unjustified. Typically, "hmm" is uttered *when the person is being especially conscious about whom they are talking with, and as a result are thinking deeply about what to say.* Moreover, the use of "hmm" is often interactional and cognitive."
