In our Season Finale, Nick is off to Ayr, Ontario to visit Willibald Farm Distillery & Brewery, run by Jordan Van der Hayden, Cam Formica, and Joe Freund. After touring the distillery and doing more than his fair share of sampling (*hiccup) they retreat to the back 40 where everyone enjoys a tapas-style beef meal prepared over Nick’s signature open fire.
