Nobody corrected it yet. Ettore is pronounced Et-tore-A .. Great content! Most pressure washers i know avoid window cleaning because they either say it wont pay $150/hr or claim their house wash cleaned the windows. As you said though its can be quick and simple to add after a house wash. Window screen cleaning is the next simple add on.

It’s $10-$12 per window exterior. I charge $20 per window for interior and exterior.

You would have gotten a .00 tds reading if you would have rinsed the meter cup with the filtered water 1 or 2 quick times. You already know this, Im mainly assuring viewers that the tds results could have been better if you really wanted to emphasize that but like you said

your squeegee lines are overlapping a bunch. always try to minimize running squeegee over dry window as much as possible as this will round your rubber edges like 10x faster. resulting in steaks left behind. just s tip but then again I've only been doing windows for 4 months now so if I am wrong , tell me why

I never have issues with it. If I see lines. Simple whip with the towel and it’s off. Pretty small window too

I’m getting ready to bid 250 windows as an add-on to a post-construction cleanup on a 1 story apartment complex. I hope I land it, because it essentially doubles the billing on a job site I’m already at. I’m going to order the supplies from WCR, but I don’t have a water filtration system yet. Can I use distilled water until I can get a DI or RO filter system?

Start watching KZitem videos!!! Window cleaning is cheap to get into and easy to get clients. I would start there and small pressure washing jobs. Don’t worry about all the chemicals for now

That is called Efflorescence and its tough to get rid of. Some use media blasting (fastest), but most use Efflo Remover.

@AustinDavis24 Look into the S technique. Much more efficient way to use your squeegee... i use your technique when i use an extension pole, its better than straight pulls. But the S technique is the way on glass you can reach.

I would not add drive time as a line item in the bid. I would instead just build it into your estimate. If you charge $13 per window, for example, charge $14. Up to you.

I generally direct the customer to remove the screens. It is so easy to damage one or more screens at a house. I have great insurance but I don't want to have to use it.
