In the year 2011, after attempting to play Minecraft on Windows Vista, a brave child (Jacob) breaks out an old Dell computer to attempt to play the game on Windows 95. But first he must learn how not to be a dummy with the help of his friend Jason (Vectrex4Life). This was a video that my friend Jacob and I made back in 2011, shortly after I started this channel. For reasons we can't remember, this video was never uploaded on my channel, until now. I was recently digging through the hard drive that was in that Windows Vista computer and found this video.
So here is the video, as is, unchanged. There are plenty of things I would change editing wise, but this serves as an example of how far I've come with editing. Yes, we know it's "cringe worthy", but being that we are adults now, we look back on this video with laughter. It's crazy to think that even today, kids who were not even alive in 2011 are still playing Minecraft. We were able to fit the Minecraft .exe file on a 1.44 MB floppy disk, but didn't realize you needed Java to run it. Even then, it wouldn't be able to run on a computer that runs Windows 95 with an Intel Pentium 90 MHz CPU. We also got rid of our dial up internet years before making this video, but were surprised to still be able to hear the classic connecting sound and hear someone actually pick up the phone. Nonetheless, we sure had fun trying!
