Great video. And an added bonus. Many decades ago I was brought up not so far away - much drinking and clubbing in Windsor, not to mention swimming in The Thames! Wonderful times had we but known it.

As an old mascot handler I’d have prefered to see the Mascot handler come to the salute at the same time as the Drum Major, in my day!!! “Privs” looking good though John(Drum Major) and the Corps sound nearly as good as in my day, Mon the Micks” outstanding lads, Quis Seperabbit 💂🏽♂️☘️☘️☘️☘️

To answer a question with reference to the statue that’s being saluted. It was commissioned to represent the fallen Irish Guardsmen of the Iraq and Afghanistan conflicts the battalion were involved in. It’s is actually modelled on photo a former serving member of the battalion that was taken in Afghanistan during the battalions 2010-2011 tour of Afghanistan.
