Trust is key and is the engine that moves everything with security, harmony and precision. Someone said a long time ago: I don't fear the man who has thrown 10,000 different kicks, I fear the man who has thrown one kick 10,000 times. Excellent video.👍👍👍👍👍

Sifu, greetings from Brazil, from the Moudak school of Applied Wing Chun. Your observations were very interesting and applicable far beyond the WC. I have just reached chum kiu and it is remarkable in recent times the evolution of the confidence we gain not only in a stressful situation, but also for life. An excellent video!

My Sifu Darren Leung always inspired me with the real time situations just as what you said here. Respect to AWC and thanks for your sharing here, Sisuk.

Question: When is the best time to start the sparring stage during training? I've just started in WC so right now I'm going through the movements slowly
