This is an exercise I created many years ago for those who suffer from bad posture and want to strengthen their back and work on the flexibility of the shoulders. When people try this for the first time, it seems extremely difficult, if they have weak back muscles. The beauty of this exercise though is that by repeating it only 3 times per week, it suddenly becomes much easier to do. Try it!
